Working Of Active High SR Latch (SR Latch using NOR Gate) for S and R Input waveform

This video explains how active high SR latch works and output waveform when both S and R input waveform. Latch Set and Reset condition is also explained. Invalid condition for SR latch is also explained. SR latch is a Bistable Multivibrator used to store either 1 or 0.

If the question is not specifing the initial output condition. You can take it by default low (0).

When both S and R are 1 (invalid condition), it becomes unpredictable whether the value of output Q will be changed or unchanged. But after sometime SR latch become stable for either state 1 or 0. That's why this condition of SR latch normally avoided.
