      During offset condition noninverting and inverting terminal potential is not same so direct nodal analysis will not give correct answer. Nodal analysis is applicable if virtual ground condition satisfied. During offset, gain comes in consideration only appling nodal analysis may give wrong answer.

    Va=1V,Vb=0V, Vx=2V, then for thw middle 2Kohm resistor, there should a 1mA current from the right to left. However in the former part we know the current for the upper 2Kohm is from left to right and it is 0.5mA. How to understand here?
