With all Minifigures exclusive to this set at the time of release and a very solid design, the 75217 imperial Conveyex Transport is a tough sell at $90 but, maybe it's worth it....

LEGO is making it harder and harder for me to stomach buying these sets for so much money. I love the figures, but I can't justify $90 for this.

For me it is $70
The First Order Transport from 2015 had 7 minfigs (including Phasma and two Flametroopers) and had a higher piece count and was the same price....... so whats up with that LEGO!

But this one looks accurate to the movie.
And even that set was kind of overpriced.
Licensing prices are going up, plus they switched to harder to make parts that are more environmentally safe.
this looks like a $60 dollar. set $70 at most.

Nah this set has since been retired and is no longer sold at any regular retail stores
despite the price, I am looking forward to this set and I think that its still a good set, even if it is a bit expensive. I may even get 2 and make a larger train.
I feel like the Range Troopers would benefit from having backpacks. I don’t know, their helmet and cloth pieces just seem like they’d work well with a backpack. I think it’s the fact that their helmets are quite bulky. I just feel like a backpack would combat that bulkiness well, and compliment the helmet overall and make the entire figure look cooler.
Also if someone put the leg armor from SI-Dan toys eod suit on them that would look awesome!

I really like this set a lot I’m not angry of the price I think I can modify it to make it better I love the set I think lego did a great job on the solo sets we got nearly every set we wanted except for Dryden vos he’s ship (first light)
Crazy how much the prices hiked up during the release of these movies but now they have come down quite a bit. Price per piece is looking better on most 2021 sets

I love how this set works with the imperial hauler
The turret, the track sticking out at the back and the cold environements gunner are part of the early concept art for it wich looks very cool
I need those figures in my life. Especially the range troopers. At least bricklink is a thing.

Great job Ryan!!! I have the set and it needs another car hands down. The Imperial Hauler should have including a extra car as well, not the tiny create it got. Keep the weapon rack however...very important!! I blame Disney. Both sets are on sale @ walmart

Best dark grey LEGO set ever , 🤑 expensive though , no need for extra carriage just like 2018 Cantina it gets to the point and good luck with large stickers 😳
These three summer SOLO sets look amazing with great figures, if only the prices were 2009 prices....
While I do think it’s SUPER overpriced, it’s still has amazing minifigs

I can see why they went with this design.
If they went with something more movie accurate, they would’ve had to more than double the piece count since it would require two of the each carts & also the bridge/rail to hold them together. It would be an extremely expensive set.
I think they did alright given the circumstance.
One thing this set did nail is, the mini figs.
Every single figure in the set are amazing and special.
The perfect value would have been this with an extra train car, another swoop bike and a viper droid. Add 2 more range troopers and an enfys nest gang person and there you go
I'm going to a Lego store on Friday to get Anakin's Starfighter and maybe something else too! It'll be the first time I've been in a Lego store in over 2 years!!! I'm so exited! Any recommendations for other sets I should consider? (Preferably below £50/$50)

I love the set but should have at least included a special track so the top half could run on.

It would have been better if they included another car, even if it was the exact same as the second car. For $90 that'd be great.
However I would have loved if this was a master builder's set that had like 4 cars above and below on a big monorail track with more figures and stuff.
I wish they made it a full length train and added tracks

These new sets are cool but why have they have lowered the pice and minifig count but haven't lowered the price. Its like they had concept designs of these sets with more pices more minifigs and a justified price but then they ran out of pieces and minifig parts for these sets but they forgot to lower the price of these sets

I am glad I have patience, I'll pick this up for $30 at Walmart in six months. What a ridiculous price for a set that could have used at least one more train car and a couple figs to warrant that RRP.

imperial gunner cloth piece would be good for a galactic marine
They should have reduced the price to 70 dollars and then put another cart in the at hauler in steed of the other crate that we get. Then if you bought both you would get a more complet train and it would make more sence overall I feel.

Honestly this set is much larger than I anticipated based on the pictures; it’s much larger than the £80 resistance x-wing, and looks bulkier than the £80 First Order Transporter; whilst the piece count might not suggest it the set does feel and look like an £80 set when in-hand
I think it would have been very hard to make top and bottom for 20-T

HOW would LEGO make the top and bottom, with the rail. It would proberbly be flimsy, bad looking or WAY too big.

Set price should have been $75 or $80
It’s such a shame about the prices of sets in these waves, IMO this is one of the best waves we’ve seen from Star Wars in a while but the I saw the prices, in Ireland this is €90!!!! That’s €25-€30 overpriced, I love how the set looks but I need to wait for the price to go down.
Same goes for Snoke’s throne room.
