A comparison between krennic’s imperial shuttle and inquisitor transport scythe would be really cool. I know they are totally different sets but also looks very similar
I have both displayed, they look awesome. I do give a little bit of preference to the scythe just because it is more black, and therefor looks more menacing. But, if one can display Krennic’s shuttle with its wings wide open, then the scythe gets smashed
Throw Kylo's Shuttle from 2019 (75256) in there too.

This was such a great set, just wish we recieved the Zeta class in addition to this.
This one is definitely one of my favorites if not the favorite imperial ship play scale model that they have produced.
The death troopers in this set also have a different torso print than the ones in the battle pack
Right, they were exclusive to this set and very expensive on bricklink. I wanted to use the torso for the Del Meeko variation of Inferno Squad.
I got this thing for myself on Black Friday in 2016 and it's EASILY one of my favorite playscale Lego Star Wars kits. It looks fantastic next to the Shuttle Tydirium on my shelves.
this is exactly my dream, putting this set next to Shuttle Tydirium, both are amazing and have a spacious interior, too bad i don't have Krennic Imperial Shuttle
When I went to legoland with my dad, he said I could get anything I want. This set was what I wanted that year, but I wanted to be nice and not spend his money so I asked for Rey’s speeder. Worst decision of my life 😂

This was the perfect birthday set for me, or Christmas, one of the two.
I really LOVED this set when I was 10, and I still do!
Excellent review and great points. Not only is the shuttle a great build and display piece but it’s also an excellent deal for the amount of minfigures. Not to mention, Director Krennic is one of my favorite Star villains and characters so it’s an even better set imo. Overall, I’d say this set is an easy 10 out of 10 in my book.

I picked this up a few weeks ago from Facebook Marketplace for $100 CAD ($75 USD), I was so stoked, everything was in amazing condition
Also, the Death Troopers in Krennic’s shuttle have a special torso (since they are specialists/commanders) in addition to the pauldron

@@carson4862 The man (a father of two young children, with his wife being pregnant with a third) might not have understood that the value of Legos goes up over time instead of depreciating, or wanted to pass it along without looking for a profit 🤷🏻♂️ I’m definitely not complaining, I’m so happy with my purchase
As someone who owns the entire rogue one line up, this was probably one of the best sets, I also love the u wing set

I remember getting this for Christmas. I wasn’t super excited about it. However, I really loved every moment building and playing with it. I still have it displayed. The dust issue is a for sure.
I was in the same boat as you. I got it, and I was like "I didn't ask for this one... I already have an Imperial Shuttle (2015). But, okay...." I look back and can't believe I wasn't more excited about this set. Today, it's one of my absolute favorite pieces in my collection. So so much nostalgia.
The OG Rogue One wave was legendary. This and the U-Wing are top ten sets

hey Ryan! I think that's pretty important to you: I'd advise you to rewatch the full video because it's full of little uncutted parts, like 4/5 where you repeat the same thing in another way ⚠️

Love this set. I think the whole Rogue One Lego range is absolutely superb. Just needed the Cargo Shuttle and a couple of extra minifigs such as Saw Gerrera and Galen Erso - but yeah, an amazing range - with some great designs we hadn’t seen before.
I brought this set for $95 in-store and I still have it to this day, in one piece 😂. An absolute blessing for my shelf collection and probably one of my favorite Lego Sets that I have

Oh yeah that set was probably the most disappointing microfighter because of that. Should've been an easy way to get Krennic or even a Death Trooper but they thew in a random pilot which we already had in loads of sets.

Krennic didn’t have a second face print because he always has the same expression only ranging from nonchalant to more mad
So glad I nabbed this set back in the day. The Death Troopers are still some of my favorite minifigs to this day
I still have this set and all the figures - Ryan one thing you missed was that the ones in the battle pack have different torso printing!
Absolutely love that set. I like shuttles and troop transports and I was jumping up and down in glee when LEGO announced this set.

I have the entire Rogue One line. Love the movie, love the sets. This is the only one I have sealed still. Wish I would of bought 2.. it is precious to me. Eventually it will be built, my LEGO backlog is.. um yeah.. 😅
After watching this, I pulled out my instructions box and started rebuilding this set!
i miss these times, before we were speculating when a 501st battle pass would release, or who would show up next in the Mandalorian.
Compare this to the inquisitor scythe and the custom inquisitor scythe you got. That custom one you reviewed before Kenobi came out was based on this set internally.
🤣🤣I was worried I was the only one who noticed that. The wing connections AND side panel connections are exactly the same. They had no shame in copying and pasting.

Totally agree that the Death Trooper is the best trooper and they need to bring them back in sets.
These troopers have a different torso print to the battle pack/advent calendar one. They have the grenade belt.

Here’s a fun fact about this set, on the back of the box both K2-SO and both the death troopers have the black regular sized blasters yet only 2 black regular sized blasters come in the set
Phenomenal ship! Love it. Will be side by side with the Inquisitor's Starship that I have still sealed for my son's Christmas!

I have had this set since it came out and it’s held up pretty good it’s just one of the wings doesn’t stay up and falls down from the rubber band being worn out but besides that it’s a great set

A set I regret letting get dusty now...
I got every set in Rogue One wave 1 and 2 but this one, don't regret it or anything definitely did not have the money, but I might just get this one day, somehow.
I have this set in my closet and it hasn't been opened (sadly the box is in bad condition). I got it for $60 on sale in Walmart.
i always wanted to have this set back when i was in senior high school, i have the U-Wing, but this set along with the rest of the rogue one set, i don't have it
90 dollars back then was a steal it is a amazing set really accurate the interior is pretty detailed but a bit messy and also incredible mini figures really good set
this was an amazing set, and im lucky to have gotten it, im pretty sure krennic was my first real lego imperial officer (unless you count the pilots)

Personally I much prefer the U-wing.
This one has slightly better minifigures but the U-wing is a much better-looking ship to me.
