    I have been using this vitamin c face serum by rice berry littleextra for a few months now, and I'm really impressed with the outcomes. It's become an important part of my everyday skincare routine. Over time, the serum has visibly decreased the size of my pores and diminished dark spots. It's great for my sensitive skin. One of its standout features about this serum is its light, non-greasy texture. It absorbs quickly, making my skin feel refreshed without any oily residue. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a brighter, more even complexion, especially with the benefits of black rice water. This serum is gentle enough even for sensitive skin. After applying the face serum, I follow up with rice berry sunscreen, which contains niacinamide and kojic acid, These have helped me additionally reduce dark spots. Also, doing yoga everyday helps maintain my skin's elasticity.

    • @brightlight8350

    • @cv7958
      @cv7958 2 года назад +6

      @TimroBuda This is completely false information. There is hypo- and hyper-pigmentation and hyperpigmentation in and of itself constitutes somewhat of an umbrella term. Sun spots are one example of hyperpigmentation. Melasma is also a type if hyperpigmentation and refers to what you described in your comment - there is a hormonal component to it. Hyperpigmentation can be the result of UV exposure, trauma, heat etc.

    I had a terrible experience with laser!! Went in with tiny sun spots on upper cheekbone area, had frac lazer and left with silver dollar sized dark hyperpigmentation on both cheeks!! My face is ruined!! Wept at Dr’s office , she offered weekly peels but didn’t help!! I live in a shaded world now. I use cotz sunscreen plus any other mineral sunscreen I can get my hands on! I wear a large brim hat. I’ve tinted my car windows and place a cling UV shield also. Any reflection of sun or indoor light will darken ANY improvement I’ve managed to get from fade creams or protection from sunblocks. Aren’t Hydroquinones cancer causing?? I’ve tried triluma but it made my spots darker!
    Anything I try may work temporarily, but even with layers of the titanium/ oxide combo sunscreens , my hyperpigmentation still gets darker if I’m outdoors!!
    Is there anything else I could try????
    Thank you

      Ohh me too. I had that experience too. My tought, it’s because i did something wrong after laser. So i start blame my self. I had plan for another laser maybe next month. But after i read this, i get hesitate.

      painterick i also have rosacea and love Australian Gold tinted Mineral spf 50. I even use it on my eyelids and i have super sensitive eyes. Works wonderfully! Even under makeup. The tint is enough to remove the white cast (absolutely zero white cast) but doesn’t change the color of skin so even a man could wear it ( does not look like makeup for example.) give it a try!

    Thanks for the video. Doctors telling people just to avoid the sun just isn’t realistic. We need at least some sunlight for health- including mental, vitamin d, etc. This is one of those recommendations that makes sense on paper or in a lab but not in the real world. What if you live somewhere like LA where it’s sunny all the time…are you supposed to wear a big hat all the time? It’s like doctors telling people with hypertension to never eat more than 2000mg of salt per day. Or never have sex and you won’t get an STD. Realistically, these aren’t practical recommendations. As someone who has had to deal with really bad sun spots, lasers are the way to go. Trying to avoid getting new ones (in my case) has been a fool’s errand. I wear a strong spf and work inside but I still get them. Just bad genetics. But lasers have been a game changer for me.

    Great advice and recommendations. I'd be careful about freezing them off on the face, though. I had a couple of keratosis (?) spots on my back frozen off. It worked well, but left red spots that are still there a year later. Replacing a sun spot on the face with a red spot isn't much improvement. I'm going to try the Ambi cream and Adapalene. I already wear mineral sunscreen on my face. I have a couple of very tiny, but noticeable, sun spots on my face.
