It is amazing how he was able to put together a large part of the mystery without knowing anything about the manga and did not even confuse the mysterious swordsman with kokushibou and tanjuro
@@hyperrexz629 It's kinda obvious, I think it's just that people are so use to the "Luke, I am your father" cliche that they apply it to every story. Before I read the manga, I knew that Tanjuro wasn't Yoriichi nor Kokushibo because Tanjuro died on the first episode of the series with no exposition. No good writer would do something like that to an important character. Also, they don't wear the same clothes and he was sick. It's kinda dumb that people keep thinking it "Tanjiro's dad", but again, I can only blame it on authors constantly using the "secret father" trope in writing.
Michael's analystic abilities in this episode was hilarious. He connected the dots between Kokushibo, the mystery swordsman and the Kamado family based on the fore head marks. While also completely missing the physical similarities between Sanemi and Genya. The duality of man, a true detective.
Maybe it's the fact that the anime coming out so periodically gives everyone more time to bond with the characters, but as a manga buyer, I NEVER retained Genya's and Sanemi's surnames. The fact that Michael picked up on that with the quickness has me very impressed. I'm already bad at remembering real people's names, let alone Japanese names. As a Haikyu fan every day that passes without watching/reading it, I forget the names more and more.

@@bedo348 he was fine , Shinobi was well prepared to begin with and it was just such a bad match up for a plot armored side character and tanjiro's future waifu introducing an OP ability.. Considering douma never had the drive to fight I think ... Even in his near death situation he never got serious enough. What would an empty hearted guy fight for anyway he wasn't even scared of being defeated I think. . . Even after death he wasn't shown to hold grudge on his killer.
I figured that Kokushibo would become your new favorite. As the story progresses, you will learn how much depth he has as a character. Not to mention, his true power. You will love him even more.

i subscribe to your channel a year ago, as soon as i put on my headphones my girlfriend just watch me get hype watching a man jump up and down in excitement reacting to demon slayer. out of curiosity she wanted to watch demon slayer to see what its all about. i rewatched it with her (without spoiling) and hits different on a rewatch but for my girlfriend just seeing her excited and hype with the things i also love is amazing, now were almost finished with the first season. thank you Michael for showing passion and loving what you do. cant wait for the next episodes!!!
They did a phenomenal job showing just how insane the Infinity Castle is. It's its own dimension entirely and the way they showed Akaza going through it was honestly breathtaking. Before they only showed people arriving there instantaneously to where they needed to go. With that segment with Akaza you get to really see where the place got its name from. Oh and a couple of the areas that were shown (no spoilers here) are ones you'll need to keep in the back of your mind for later. Just remember how a few of the areas were in a word unique and your mind will be blown later on

as a animater myself i gotta say they did a really well job on opening scene of the castle idk if ya'll noticed or not but the whole thing is a 3d render with the 2d overlay combined the only thing hand drawn was akaza and the muzan with the test tubes and the whole sequence was also 3d render like it's somthing that saves a lot of hardwork and i can tell how good the render is as many are not able to diffrentiate between 2d and 3d although it takes a lot of money to render stuff on that level

Douma and Akaza are the Goku and Vegeta of the Twelve Kizuki. One gets stronger effortlessly while the other has to train day and night to close the gap that gets bigger each day. I remember reading in the fanbook that Akaza challenged Kokushibo for the first spot and got spared by the six eyed menace due to Akaza's strength and fighting spirit, that's why Akaza wants to kill him so badly

They did a phenomenal job showing just how insane the Infinity Castle is. It's its own dimension entirely and the way they showed Akaza going through it was honestly breathtaking. Before they only showed people arriving there instantaneously to where they needed to go. With that segment with Akaza you get to really see where the place got its name from. Oh and a couple of the areas that were shown (no spoilers here) are ones you'll need to keep in the back of your mind for later. Just remember how a few of the areas were in a word unique and your mind will be blown later on
Such a relief to see someone piece together the story so well with such little information, after watching so many people call the mysterious swordsman Tanjiro’s dad 😂😂

as a animater myself i gotta say they did a really well job on opening scene of the castle idk if ya'll noticed or not but the whole thing is a 3d render with the 2d overlay combined the only thing hand drawn was akaza and the muzan with the test tubes and the whole sequence was also 3d render like it's somthing that saves a lot of hardwork and i can tell how good the render is as many are not able to diffrentiate between 2d and 3d although it takes a lot of money to render stuff on that level
