Okay I might get a lot of hate on this but I honestly think that Tanjiro was not all in the wrong. If he’s still hanging out with Zenitsu and Inoskue I don’t see the problem. He’s allowed to hang out with other people and have other friends besides them. He doesn’t have to hang out with him 24/7. I get that they might feel sad and upset but they have to remember that he’s his own person and can hang out with whoever he wants. I understand that Tanjiro was being a bit of a jerk with the phone call but I don’t blame him for wanting a bit of space. I would’ve been annoyed too if I was talking to somebody on the phone and then one of my friends just randomly chimed in or started to get involved in the conversation when I’m trying to speak. Although I do admit he could’ve phrased it in a nicer way. I’m not excusing Tanjiro’s actions but I do think Zenitsu and Inoskue could be more understanding.
Basically, if you didn't see Inosuke said that this isn't the first time Tanjiro has bailed on them or ignored them. He's been doing it constantly for months and overall being a jerk, that's why Zenitsu explained to Kanao that he thinks Tanjiro doesn't want to be his friend anymore aswell. They didn't have a fight over one incident but over everything, it's just that I didn't show everything in the video. But I definitely agree with you if you thought that this was because Zenitsu and Inosuke were mad he was hanging out with others since you can choose who you want to be around 🫶🏻
