    That was a very interesting workout - loved 🥰 the warm up and the various combos with 1kg weights adding that resistance- perfect & of course my favourite spinal twists & book openers🥰😊🙏thank you Jacinta was a great slow but effective class👍

    Super class Jacinta thank you. As always you hit just the right pace for this class and on point with your abs as usual. I definitely enjoyed the addition of the weights for the ab work. Lovely stretch for @jennifermary at the end 😅
