I've worked on alot of breakers and breakers on deeres. My process was always check gpm on computer or dial depending on model check breaker specs. Run it. If it's dieing down after 15 my first thought is accumulator pressure or pressures on the attachment. Those diaphragm love to fail especially if they get hot. I'd also check duty cycle on attachment and machine because they might be asking to much from her too. But it's the accumulator. It's always the accumulator..

Oh and get rid of the quick attachment fittings if you can while testing. They're a maintenance item on breakers.

I installed the couplers to test because I misplaced my -16 jic test fitting. My problem is where the machine was sitting wasn’t where they were working so I couldn’t test it. I got sent a video that night of them trying to break concrete in soft dirt smaller than your head. The dry fire on the breaker would be a problem. But I got more of the story. They break the large chunks no problem as they’re breaking the smaller ones is when they get to the issue. My assumption. They’re trying to break shit they don’t need to

@twcmechanical yeah those pistons need down pressure on the tool for sure. A big part of that job was also product use demonstrations because like half of failures were misuse. Also probably half of perceived performance problems were misuse.

Why are you so scared to test yhe equipment? The customer needs to use it here so why cant you? God loves you too man. Keep up the good work He will reward you in heaven

Because they aren’t working there. And beating the bit onto the road plate making noise in an area where there are noise byways would get the customer in shit

@twcmechanical Aah ok guess that makes sense. Too bad, cause would have been way easy on ya to be able to run it. It shows how skilled you are to be able to diagnose it with fully operating it.
