My purpose is to preserve these experiences for my children and to be a help and encouragement to others.
My desire is that all would hear and receive the gospel of our salvation, stated so clearly in 1 Corinthians 15:1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2 by which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

Lisa Ann, you are now one of my favorite sewing RUclipsrs! I love your voice and calm demeaner. It's so nice to listen to you when I'm in my sewing room. I love the coordinating blue knit fabrics you bought. I have NL6439. That dragonfly fabric is indeed stunning!! Can't wait to see you make S9748 or whatever you decide. Modal is made of beech tree. It's a cotton alternative. Beautiful. I've never done shirring yet. I gotta try it. Love it! I love the fall leaf dress too! Thanks for sharing.
Thank Grace, and thank you for teaching me about modal. I enjoy your channel very much!
Oh my goodness you have done so much wonderful sewing this week. That wonderful dress at the end with the ribbon is beautiful. Like you, I love the fact the thread didn't take the dye on the navy dress and I adore that shirring. I bought that navy and brown flowered jersey from JoAnns on my last visit and made a long sleeved top from it. It is beautiful to wear and is one of my most used tops in Autumn/Winter. You have lots of great plans, looking forward to seeing your next FS whenever you can make one. Have a wonderful weekend away if we don't see you. 😊
Hi Carole, thanks for stopping by my sewing loft. I’m very excited about all my new projects, but I’m getting a little nervous because summer is flying by. I feel as if I’m racing the clock because I’m going to become very busy towards the end of August.
I love buttons! My mom used to collect buttons and kept in a jar. Now I do the same thing! Those are some pretty buttons.
I have a button jar too, and a bag of my grandmother’s buttons.
Hi lisa nice sharing
I love this
Your sewing videos are so enjoyable! See you next time.
I’m glad you’re enjoying the sewing videos. I have really enjoyed making new garments. ❤️ 🧵
Thank you so much for sharing. I enjoy your videos very much. Hope you have a wonderful Bible study
Thanks Diane! (Is this KT’s aunt Diane?)
@@LisaAnnSpencer I don't know who Kt is
Okay lol 😂 Probably not then.
I just met my friend Katie’s aunt Diane on zoom recently, so I thought it might be you.
Hi Lisa Ann! Fresh veggies are so good, aren't they? You got some nice things on your shopping trip. Looks like you're going to be busy in your sewing loft for a while. Now that I've had both eye surgeries and I'm on the mend, I will get back to more sewing. Enjoy your trip to Chicago!!
Thanks Deb! I know you’re glad to have those surgeries behind you! I look forward to seeing what your working on in your sewing room.
Hi Lisa!
Yum! Fresh carrots and potatoes sound great! Have a awesome time at your Bible camp next week.
Hi Lisa Ann, love all the fabric you got, but my favorite is the dragonfly 😊😊😊😊😊
Hi Karen! I know… I’m so excited to start making a new blouse from the dragonfly fabric!
You are doing a good job dying those dresses. If the thread is polyester, it won’t take the dye like cotton; however, that can be considered a design feature. 😊-Deborah
Hi Deborah, I was concerned about dying the fabric I found at Goodwill because it is 100% polyester according to the label, but it turned out beautifully. I don’t remember what kind of thread I used. Thanks for stopping by!
Hi. What type of fabric is the New Look dress with the ribbon?
100% Polyester
@@LisaAnnSpencer Thanks. It's a beautiful print. I really like the colors.
You’re welcome! It turned out beautifully.
