I've actually been using this video for 4 years now, i can really honestly say this is the only thigh workout that shows result for me. Altho i never measure my thigh but aftr 2 weeks of me doing it, a lot of my family members notice the difference. But do keep in mind im fairly active in sports. But my thigh has always been super thick😢. Even after i took a long break and came back to the video it still helped my thigh slim down and refirming it

@@mariamj6211 I was wrong because I did this workout for 2 weeks and nothing has changed but then I remembered that I did another workout that burned much more and started doing it again and it worked for me in 2 weeks and now my legs ars: left leg from 66 64cm, right leg from 64 to 61cm but I understood why i stopped losing anything. so I didn't drink and didnt eat milk products and it helped me, but now I do cause I love milk products
This is always the workout, I come back to when I need visible results fast. I did the workout two times a day before and in a week I got three sizes down in jeans, without doing other workouts and my diet was no sugar intake.
I started doin this 3 months ago, one a week then im getting stronger, in my second months im doing this everyday (except my rest day, i become one with my bed) my tight was 66cm, now im 59 cm.. this is great, but on note, im doing 2 sets of legs and 2 set of abs in the morning, also weight lifting in the evening. Watching my food intake (eat everything including fried sweet fast junk food but everything in moderate amount) no cheating days, i eat 3x a day and snacking in the noon. Good luck to whoever want to do this, it works, every exercise is working if it fits to your liking then you will keep doin it, so look for your fav exercise and stick with it at least couple of times to see the result
My tight now 57 cm, Im lovin this so much, even i always hate it every single morning i hv to do this.. haha.. im using 1kg ankle weight then i can achieve this result. Im using this weight for all the morning exercise including abs

after pregnancy my body ofc getting fat. Especially my thighs. I measured my thighs after delivered my baby was 101 cm 😫. I tried many legs workout it worked until 72 cm but after I stopped for a week my thighs back again look super fatty and I don't like it. SO I TRY THIS WORKOUT. Believe me my thighs burn so bad and I can't do diet because I still breastfeeding. I tried this for a week my thighs right now is 58 cm and look super toned. this workout is one of the best workout for legs when i started doing this my thighs were 55-56 cm i did it for like 2 months and now they are 51-52cm and i'll definitely continue doing it thank u Mary
If you don't have ankle weights (i don't)you can use resistance bands. Those tip toe bridges will make you think how long a minute can be! I only used the resistance band for the first half of the workout and I could feel the burn even during the second half. Absolute burner..

I would love a leg workout focusing more on quads, especially those muscles around knees. Since I have weak knees and I have to strengthen those muscles. Anyway rn I'm doing your abs and booty 4 week challenge. Day 4 today😊
Have been doing this workout for a few weeks. Doing 2/3days then a rest day. Not taking it too seriously just whatever I feel like. But I genuinely feel like my legs are leaner and have slimmed down a bit. Nothing crazy but can definitely see a difference in the mirror. I’ve also been doing some hip mobility and stretches after and it really helps you feel amazing the next day :)

@@haileypham5415 If you do hiit or any other cardio that goes with this workout, you will lose more. A 15 minute workout alone cannot do anything. A cardio workout before this one will help you lose more inches! :)

Mine used to hurt too. But I found that it hurts much less when I don't go too high. Literally raise only booty enough to squeeze and feel the burn😅 I mean just type on youtube 'glute bridge correct way', there are many videos. Also try to include back workouts, so when u strengthen back muscles, it won't hurt you that much. 💪🏼
That means you are arching your back too much which isn’t working your glutes. Keep your abs drawn in (so important) and don’t go up too far if you don’t have that range of motion yet. :)
That means that you put a lot of pressure on your back, when you shouldn't. When you do glute bridges, try to put pressure on your heels, and try to focus on lifting your butt instead of your back. Warning: The pressure must be on the heels, but not on your toes. You can also have only your heels on the ground, so you wont hurt your feet. It's all on the mind muscle connection. You have to really concentrate and remember that what you wanna work for, is your legs and butt with this excersise, so don't arch your back. Once you get the hang of it, you'll see it wont be hurting anymore. Also, don't try to do as many bridges as you can, as fast as you can. You should feel it in your legs so, try to take it slow. You'll have better results and be less likely to injure yourself.

I would love a leg workout focusing more on quads, especially those muscles around knees. Since I have weak knees and I have to strengthen those muscles. Anyway rn I'm doing your abs and booty 4 week challenge. Day 4 today😊

Have been doing this workout for a few weeks. Doing 2/3days then a rest day. Not taking it too seriously just whatever I feel like. But I genuinely feel like my legs are leaner and have slimmed down a bit. Nothing crazy but can definitely see a difference in the mirror. I’ve also been doing some hip mobility and stretches after and it really helps you feel amazing the next day :)

@@haileypham5415 If you do hiit or any other cardio that goes with this workout, you will lose more. A 15 minute workout alone cannot do anything. A cardio workout before this one will help you lose more inches! :)

After all of the tip toe exercises everything else is like a rest😩

Mine used to hurt too. But I found that it hurts much less when I don't go too high. Literally raise only booty enough to squeeze and feel the burn😅 I mean just type on youtube 'glute bridge correct way', there are many videos. Also try to include back workouts, so when u strengthen back muscles, it won't hurt you that much. 💪🏼
That means you are arching your back too much which isn’t working your glutes. Keep your abs drawn in (so important) and don’t go up too far if you don’t have that range of motion yet. :)
That means that you put a lot of pressure on your back, when you shouldn't. When you do glute bridges, try to put pressure on your heels, and try to focus on lifting your butt instead of your back.
Warning: The pressure must be on the heels, but not on your toes. You can also have only your heels on the ground, so you wont hurt your feet. It's all on the mind muscle connection. You have to really concentrate and remember that what you wanna work for, is your legs and butt with this excersise, so don't arch your back. Once you get the hang of it, you'll see it wont be hurting anymore.
Also, don't try to do as many bridges as you can, as fast as you can. You should feel it in your legs so, try to take it slow. You'll have better results and be less likely to injure yourself.
