In a post-apocalyptic Earth, our favorite little beavers are hard at work restoring this world! And with new 3D water physics, expanded verticality, and a new end-game wonder to build, they've got more tools than ever before to make that happen!

Oh no, being able to build a stratified society and also mark the beaver social class onto their tails. This totally won't end in feudalism... :D
I fear for that one iron tooth beaver who didn't get into art college 😂
I like how your engineering side was coming out this video.
Pravus: 3D WATER! GIANT BRIDGES! UNDERWATER CITIES!
Ainyaly: Pictures on beaver tails!
As a note for his dev console powered resoviour, in an actual game he would actually want to make a small one first that sleuces out bad water to a side path off the map so that the main resoviour doesn't get any during the bad tide events that occasionally turn water bad instead of having a drought.
For the Batteries, even in normal mode, since you build the battery at the top of whatever structure, they start fully charged.
I love those Dam Beavers.
They are God Dam great.
It's insane how beautiful you can turn this game into with this update
Vertical power shafts was one of the two major things I wanted in this update.
The other is curved staircases, so they go up and rotate directions on the same tile, instead of having to have one tile dedicated to remaining flat in order to turn directions, or having to build stairs straight-on building's entrances instead of parallel. If they add that, I'll be in beaver heaven.
I need this as a lets play
I haven't watched anything on this game in two years, so I'm excited for this series.
I've been rocking the Update 6 since it was on Experimental Branch lol.
Water physics is pretty wild though. they definitely improved it. Also, the Wonders are a decent late/end-game experience
Btw Pravus, in the terms of service you have to agree to making games for the creators of plague inc. for Official scenarios, and it says you cannot deny it or else you will NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE another scenario. So basically, you're agreeing to do free labor for them. I think they might fully depend on it, considering we haven't gotten any official scenarios in like.. what feels like forever. But don't they have a team for that, of course, but their making the main game, not official scenarios, because "Rely on the terms of service so we can get something that we didn't make!" They say they credit it, but I'm assuming they don't, I think the festive Neurax worm was from a fan that was afraid of getting banned from making scenarios.
Like why? You have something called a team that you're already paying to do this, so just use your team?!
That bridge needs...
A BRIDGE REVIEW!
...I don't have the shirt so I can't do it myself... :(
Not surprised he decided to return to something he basically adored during his first season.
PRAISE PRAVUS
I really wish they had taller damns like the part that goes up an down
I spoke to soon that thing to makes a slough is exactly what I want I think I am gonna reinstall this game tonight
depending on how many water sources and how much water do they release is the quantity of water you will be able to manage to the max, some maps come with little water so you can only green half of the map or else in a drought you will kill a lot of stuff like trees, bushes, crops and even beavers. You also have to manage the water evaporation.
Would love to see a video serie here!!
I'm enjoying the update so far, but I wish they'd included ladders as well. I know there's a mod to add them, but I'm not keen on mods as they tend to break the game as often as not.
Every time I see Pravus cover this game is another reminder that I should play it.
Do i hear "NEW SERIES"? k
This update was always going to make or break the game, in many ways…
… and it looks like it’s ‘make’!
(I mean, it was a good game before, but flawed in the late game and with the water physics… and they fixed it in spades!)
you can also build the 15:02 in a single vertical tower, you don't need to make it as a spiral.
Great update from the devs. Next i want a rain mechanic :D
love to see that engineering background peak its way through haha
Pravus naming his town after a delicious cookie. Were you hungry? XD
Wooooo finale! After asking for like ever he's back to it!
23:00 You could make it work if the overhangs weren't all built on each other. Stop one tile short of where you want the support pillar to be. Then build the pillar up to the right level and continue building overhangs from it. Sure they won't technically be supporting each other but it'll look like they are.
I am pretty sure you could build a logic gates out of those sleuce gates. Soo does Doom run on Timberborne?
I don't think the map is big enough for the number of gates you'd need.
Cant wait for RCE to play this
I wonder if you can abuse pumps to bring energy to whereever you need it.
Pretty much, but they do use power to work (and I forget if they need beavers working in the buildings or not). So its better to just build a long power shaft to send the power where it needed directly. And now that there are true vertical power shafts instead of only step-stair type, not to mention the overhangs, you can now easily build elevated power lines.
@@SephirothRyu Guess that makes more sense.
goin for the TimTam fanactics i see
Leave it to the beavers
Series?
What you have built at the end looks cool but there isn't any defense against a badtide or did I just miss that?
Will there be full flood maps
Like be able to unlock then move to new map
use tech to claim back a dangerous area that in time will full flood
The 8th grader in my brain had a blast with this.
Hey, this isn't Timberborners! Where am I???
granted only watched the game, but never relaly been fuly into it. shrug
First to comment i hope this comes to consoles
Day 5 of asking Pravus of asking Pravus to play HOI4 Blackice.
Are you considering playing Cities skylines 2? The game is mostly fixed and I think is what the game should have released like. Praise Pravus!
Cities Skylines 2 is definitely not fixed lolol
