@@jeriviedelacruz1109 This is quite a board question as there are so many factors that can change the situation, do they just want something changed? If so that all depends on the number of revisions you've allowed them in the contract, if the brand strategy stage is done right you and the client should be on the same wavelength, so there shouldn't be a situation where they completely hate your design.

I am 24 and trying to get into graphic design. I have been feeling super overwhelmed with how to approach creating a brand identity, and a lot of the videos or articles I've seen weren't very helpful for me. Abi, this was amazing. Everything I needed and more. It’s just not enough to be a creative. We need processes, good business sense, clear communication skills, interviewing and organizational skills, boundaries, etc. You make it look easy ❤

Will do, Coming very soon! I think that's why the whole branding process is so important, if you do the brand strategy right, it shouldn't get to a point where the client doesn't like everything about the brand you've designed, but I will go through this is the video! 😊
