Ninjon is going to be looking back one day and realize that it was his narration of Artist Opus that landed him his job narrating wildlife footage for BBC.

Thank you for all your videos with tips, tricks and advice. You have motivated me to pick the brush back up after I rage quit years ago. You should be proud that you entered the competition, I wish I had the skills to paint a model and have enough confidence to enter a competition. Thank you again and please keep up all the good work.
I feel that sentiment in regards to competitive painting. About a few weeks ago, I went to a 1 hour speedpainting competition at my local store. There was a solid 21+ people turn out, all had been painting longer than me it seemed. One of the competitors was even one of the major community members for Renegade. I was super nervous and really didn't didn't expect anything of it. At the end it turned out I had won. I got so much positive feedback and it was extremely validating to know that all the models I've been painting since I got into the hobby since a few years ago have really resulting in better painting ability and growth. Your model looked sick and the Vargheist conversion was a great choice!
Wow! I can't believe I accidentally made it into your Adepticon video! I was the invisible spirit in most of the shots dreaming that I had enough time and money to be there in person 🤣
Nice entry you had there and your Adepticon video was both fun and hilarious. Thanks for sharing both the show and the Artis Opus dry brushing secrets!
I've been following Siocast for a while now and honestly their tech is absolutely mindblowing. I really look forward to what some bigger 3D printing patreon groups can end up doing if they build the capital, it really opens the doors for new model companies to start up and begin professional manufacturing out of very limited facilities. This is truly the golden age of miniatures. Also, 3:55 Shout out Creature Caster, one of the best resin mini companies around. You should 100% enter the Resin Beast competition, I'd love to see what you could do with one of those models.
I would watch a video of just the vendor hall at normal speed. It really surprises me that you almost never see videos of the vendor halls at all these big conventions for us that can't go.
There was a time I looked at golden demon entries and thought "I can paint close to that standard". Now, many years later, I'm blown away by the standard and there is zero chance I'll ever be that good in this lifetime. Thanks for the inspiration though!
Glad you had a great time, I’ve been curious other than citadel paints what makes a good flesh tone, shoulda went to talk paint even if just for a minute lol, thank you for all you do!

3:52 - they be wonky. Not so sure speed is how I would describe them. They take longer to dry and unless you varnish they will rehydrate even after weeks. Good for blending though I guess. Not for to use, I know that.

For Golden Demon what I think would be awesome is if all contestants were given the exact same model and then had 4 hours to paint it without an airbrush. THAT would prove true painting skill. Not kit bashing, not partnership/group painting, just pure skill of a single painter. Good job on the entry, looked good but, BUT the gnobblers really looked like they had personality. I saw them and immediately my DnD brain developed an encounter.
