When Linda said " *Breakfast the most important meal of the day* " it made me happy because I was just thinking about skipping my breakfast today but I changed my mind (breakfast is very important so never skip it)
I love that i usually love to skip breakfast and lunch since i am not really hungry and only eat dinner(usually a salad with only tomatto and cucumber sometimes cabagge, without oil of course) , then the next day have a big brunch then late lunch and 2 snaks until 10 pm(sweets sandwiches popcorn) and the circle repeats :]
@@October0210 in order to heal your relationship to food, you have to eat when you're not hungry (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks). it might help you heal from the days where you barely eat and the days where you overeat 'cause your body's hungry. I know that's easier said than done, but I hope this might be a sign for you to try it. I hope both you and Layan Alsaho will heal
@@October0210 I sometimes accidently skip meals in the first half of the day because I'm not that hungry and I find that my appetite naturally increases when I'm having small snacks (like an apple). It kinda works up my appetite and makes me actually prepare a full meal. It's soo important to eat enough calories throughout the day, your body needs the energy and nutrition and it makes you binge less because you're not depriving your body of food anymore. I always say "food is love, food is life", we're like animals we need food to survive and thrive. We would never let our pets starve, so why ourselves? All the best 😊

I was thinking the same that this increased weight could be muscle so I hope she knows that and not take it so much as much as fat gain. I doubt you'll ever see this, but if you do I wanna tell you something lol, it's really random but I was born almost completely blind, I can't see more than 1 foot in front of me and even that's blurry, however I got glasses like 6 months ago and because I went 13 years without being able to see my brain wasn't used to it, so my vision really wasn't any better however, today I was wearing them while watching your video and my brain finally adjusted to it and I saw clear for the first time, and you are the first thing/person I've ever saw perfectly lol, and it's an odd coincidence I know but I thought it was kinda cool I guess lol, also you are very pretty!

I’ve been both overweight and underweight.. guys, trust me when I say the only time I was truly happy with myself was when I wasn’t stressing about calories and the types of food I was eating. As someone who went five years of constant hunger, 4 months ago I decided to finally listen to my body and eat when I’m hungry and only stop until I’m satisfied to heal my amenhorrea. It was really hard and I gained 35lbs, but Linda was the one person that kept me going and staying strong during times of self-loathing and shame.
It is just how you have the power to make me feel better after watching every video of yours. That ending hit hard. My bf (whom I had a relationship with for more than 2 years) broke up with me a couple weeks ago. Lately I've been feeling so sad, I haven't felt this bad in a few years, and I've been wanting to relapse in horrible things so badly. And even though I've tried to remind myself everyday that I can get better with time, right now everything feels lost. (My mom got this from weight watchers) - A pouch of oats (33g) - unsweetened applesauce (113g) - 1 egg - any addition of your choice (berries, chocolate, etc...) Combine and microwave for 4 mins and top with anything you want to like honey or peanut butter ;) ENJOY!! When you squat using the rack, make sure you are going down low enough. Choose to either make a 90 degree angle with the hamstring or the top of your thigh being parallel to the ground. 👍🏻 Once I realized this as lifter I was able to move more weight effectively. Using a bar and weight had a serious learning curve for me so don’t feel frustrated if you continue down that path. Love ya Linda!

Yes exactly muscle weighs a lot! You can lose fat and gain muscle, change your body composition, and still weigh the same!
yes!!! I went from a us 8 to a us 4 and actually GAINED weight and it was mostly all muscle. Weight doesn’t always = health

I doubt you'll ever see this, but if you do I wanna tell you something lol, it's really random but I was born almost completely blind, I can't see more than 1 foot in front of me and even that's blurry, however I got glasses like 6 months ago and because I went 13 years without being able to see my brain wasn't used to it, so my vision really wasn't any better however, today I was wearing them while watching your video and my brain finally adjusted to it and I saw clear for the first time, and you are the first thing/person I've ever saw perfectly lol, and it's an odd coincidence I know but I thought it was kinda cool I guess lol, also you are very pretty!

I’ve been both overweight and underweight.. guys, trust me when I say the only time I was truly happy with myself was when I wasn’t stressing about calories and the types of food I was eating. Eat what you want, whenever you want. Make exercise fun, don’t be so strict about it :) Just enjoy life. Don’t take it all too seriously. Stay safe everyone

As someone who went five years of constant hunger, 4 months ago I decided to finally listen to my body and eat when I’m hungry and only stop until I’m satisfied to heal my amenhorrea. It was really hard and I gained 35lbs, but Linda was the one person that kept me going and staying strong during times of self-loathing and shame.
It is just how you have the power to make me feel better after watching every video of yours. Haven't finished watching this one and I feel better already after crying my stress out (not stressed cos of my body. Just "stress" in everything).

That ending hit hard. My bf (whom I had a relationship with for more than 2 years) broke up with me a couple weeks ago. Lately I've been feeling so sad, I haven't felt this bad in a few years, and I've been wanting to relapse in horrible things so badly. And even though I've tried to remind myself everyday that I can get better with time, right now everything feels lost. But sometimes what you really need to have that motivation is to have other people remind you that you can heal; your message really did that for me, it's a little reminder to be grateful for the past, and to be expectant for the future. - A pouch of oats (33g)
- unsweetened applesauce (113g)
- 1 egg
- any addition of your choice (berries, chocolate, etc...)
Combine and microwave for 4 mins and top with anything you want to like honey or peanut butter ;)

Before I used to see workouts as a punishment and I only did that for physical result and I was guilty eating chocolates and fat foods. But after I started watching your videos, I began to see workout as something that makes you fit and stronger each day and not for physical results. My God! After that I started to enjoy doing workout.(which I thought I would never feel!😅)And skipping it made me really sad and unsatisfied!(like before I was ready for skipping! 😀). When you squat using the rack, make sure you are going down low enough. Choose to either make a 90 degree angle with the hamstring or the top of your thigh being parallel to the ground. 👍🏻 Once I realized this as lifter I was able to move more weight effectively. Using a bar and weight had a serious learning curve for me so don’t feel frustrated if you continue down that path. Love ya Linda!
