Everything looks so good. Specially the different ramens. It's hard getting past the no gloves thing. But, the food still looks delicious.
Most restaurant chefs don’t wear gloves. Gloves give a false sense of security sometimes. If you get something on your hands, you’ll feel it and wash them. Gloves, don’t get changed as often as you’d think and it’s very wasteful. Gloves create a lot of waste. Soap and water are more than adequate.

Southeast Asian street food is top knotch. Only thing i never brought was meat that was out in the open. Ive seen flies around Pork Chops & slabs of beef. But the Bahn Mi id eat that for breakfast when in Nam in 2019

Thank you for your patience to film all these street foods. But it's recommended to get these foods in the morning because the hot weather can spoil these dishes and make travelers people sick. I always choose the shopkeeper with the flowing of water so the materials are washed, it's much security.
