Seeing all this street food really shows how vibrant the street food culture is in Asia. And, it really highlights the lack of such a culture in the United States. I mean...there are street food festivals occasionally. Usually with restaurants offering some version of what they normally sell in their brick and mortar locations. But, it isn't the same thing as having dedicated street food vendors. And, certainly not dedicated street food vendors who only specialize in street food (maybe, only one item) and who sell street food for a living.

@SunniCalifornia lol It lacks tasty food overall compared to other countries though I do love some food in the U.S. Barbecued meat are pretty good, some burgers could be very nice though not really street food it’s very expensive. Every thing else pretty mediocre. Yeah that’s the thing eating out in America is pretty costly compared to others even within G7 countries.
