It called "çiğköfte" means "raw meatball". Old times includes, Real raw meat, semolina, tomato and pepper paste, olive oil, walnut, different kind of herbs, water with serving pomegranate syrup and lemon inside of soft and thin bread. Recently raw meat is forbidden because of food poisoning threat. Means this is vegan food.
