So, in America [upstate NY where I live], the supermarket has "fresh never frozen" products, and they cost extra. Your street vendors will chuckle at that.

Food looks good but why wear one glove and still touch the food with the hand that doesn't or they just touch the food. Would be nice to see some hand and dish washing for health reasons.

How is the person recording supposed to know all the ingredients? They aren't the one making it.
I know a lot of these dishes, but there are some dishes that I can’t remember the ingredients name or dish name.
If you read their about page, they stated Vietnamese food gets very creative & lots of variety. So there’s a lot to list! I hope they let some of us add subtitles cause I love the video so far, I’d like to add translation myself xD
