Take textiles.. you ever watch how they handle cut fabrics with a sewing machine.. amazing... Vietnamese are some of the most talented and creative people on Planet Earth.

Nhớ hồi còn đi học, hay ghé xe bán bánh lọt nước dừa với các loại đậu: đậu trắng bánh lọt, đậu xanh bánh lọt, đậu đỏ bánh lọt, v.vvv. cùng nhiều món khác nữa. Rất ngon, cho tới bây giờ vẫn nhớ như in.
Xin thêm mấy món nữa: xin xa, xin xáo, xin xâm, táo soạn ăn chúng với dầu chá quẩy.... Chỉ trên một xe thôi.

That avocado smoothie with the condensed milk: I haven't had one since I left Vietnam almost 3 decades ago. Definitely something to drink when I return to Vietnam. Of course, I can make my own, but it's not the same.
Very unusual to see ice cream 🍨 in a bread bun. That’s a first. These vendors are all amazing, making a living in the streets. They are so good at what they do. Everything looks delicious.

We were in Vietnam in June, everything is so good and cheap. Back in US now, my husband refuse to go eat Vietnamese food here. He say it is expensive and not as good as Vietnam.
It never is as good in the US. Same with sushi or sushimi. Terrible reproduction.

Exactly...😂😂 I experienced this after 4 months in Southeast Asia. I can no longer eat Japanese,Thai,Vietnamese, or Cambodian food here unless it's at an authentic restaurant 😂. Especially Thai food
