I wish there was a marketplace like this near me. (Pennsylvania, USA) We have the occasional food trucks at outdoor events, but that's it. These people who run these stands are dedicated and hardworking souls and I marvel at their skill and passion. They also make me hungry each time I watch these street food videos. 😋
There are a lot of fresh ingredients and money spent going into these dishes and should be very yummy, and they wake up very early to do all the labor-intensive preparation, much of it very professionally done, and it is very inexpensive to the consumer. My only reservations are how much palm oil, refined white sugar, and MSG goes in. I have lived in Thailand 20+ years and have owned and operated several restaurants here, and dined at countless food stalls, so just a bit of experienced observation. Remember, it's the Land of Smiles ;-)
And looks good, but I just wish they had tops to go over the food so that bugs don’t get into it and it hopefully would also keep it warm since she’s obviously cooking real early in preparation for the crowd. He knows he’s gonna get because I’m sure that the table he has the food on it hooked up to propane to keep it at temperature but it would help with tops

My daughter lives in London and admits to eating in some very expensive Thai restaurants. She and her partner recently returned from two weeks in Thailand and said the street food there was better than anything they have ever had in London, and cost virtually nothing, HOW is this possible ??. @SalihFalih I think is salt he's adding, it's just that one dish where he shows that he's adding sugar. And the brownish liquid is fish sauce, you can see when he's adding soy sauce cause is darker. Honestly, you're 0 for 2 😂😂😂 Better luck next time.

actually, besides those, it looks like all the dishes have added MSG, 18:48 you can see the MSG crystal structure, salt and sugar dont look like that. I have nothing against MSG, its just it is in all these dishes.
If you lead a health lifestyle and walk regularly you'll be fine. Humans have been consuming salt and fat for ages, is when you are sedentary and don't sweat enough that is a problem, but if you are, these are the least of your problems. 🤷 Stop blaming food for your laziness tho.
Hands have been washed before each cooking and all the ingredients have been washed and prepared for cooking. If they should show you all that processes, the video would probably take 4hrs. Besides the food is not raw and cooking kills any bacteria.
At, 2:46, we can see part of the eggshell being accidentally dropped into the eggs that he is preparing. That eggshell part is clearly visible, as it sits against the lower-left corner in the back of that large spoon, or whatever the proper term for that is.
Couldn’t watch till the end some of the food didn’t look good like chicken skin and older man was using dirty buckets to get water,hope everyone that ate the food are alright.
