Well you know half the time they say "the ice cream machine isnt working" its not because its actually broken its because they literally cant be bothered to get ice cream. Of course the other half the time its being cleaned and whatnot.
5:46 reminds me of the lady that came in when I worked fast food (culver's) she came in and ordered a Deluxe burger that had lettuce, pickle, mayo, tomato, onion and she came back up after ordering it to yell "I SAID NO TOMATO I'M ALLERGIC" so the supervisor took the order to replace it asked what she wanted didn't charge her for it but she said the works that is ketchup, mustard, pickle and onion and the supervisor clearly while I was next to him said are you sure about the ketchup you know that is tomato and she said yes that ketchup is fine. Yeah she came back up getting made about the ketchup because she is allergic and she wanted a refund. supervisor took care of it and when she tried starting up (keep in mind at this point the supervisor wanted to punch her) I chimed in saying "Hey I listened to both times you ordered and the fault is on you I suggest you leave before police get involved". She didn't like that but left and that is how I found out about the supervisor wanting to punch her he did thank me for helping too. 11:16 My stepdad does that but wasn't in the Military lol. 11:44 Basically like the assisted living I worked at and also the landmine could be loss of a friend from a landmine that he is remembering I say that because we had some that you couldn't make a big noise or they would curl up in a corner because war ptsd.
