I have one for 4 years now with no problems. You MUST keep it on charge with your cars usb port so it’s always ready to go. I have also helped many people before they used jumper cables that were stuck. This is the ONLY safe way to jumpstart a car without having to worry about damaging the electrical system. If you hook it up to the wrong terminals it is SMART and won’t do anything until you hook it up the right way.
@GaryTheCarNut is no longer under warranty, the booster still look like brand new, i take good care of my tools, to the point that i get a protective case to keep it safe! But i guess is one of those products that will go bad if is not used often, i saw a video channel on youtube of a guy that repair tons of this pieces, so i think is pretty common of this brand, i am gonna check and see if it's worth sending this to him for repair or sell it for parts

Agreed, they are a terrific tool.
I used mine 3 times and now is not longer working, contact customer service and they offer me 10% on a new product! Never again!
Wow, is it under warranty? How old is it? Was it dropped? Did they say why? These things have over 100,000 4.6 star reviews!!
