Can we talk about the old mythical kitchen for a second? I feel like Josh bringing Trevor into that kitchen is like bringing him to cook in his grandmother's house. Good feels all around.
Look I’ve crunched the numbers on this dozens of times and always come to the same conclusion. The thing that matters most about making a burger is wrapping it in some sort of burger diaper after it’s been made. Doing so allows the heat from the burger to stay trapped and brings the cold ingredients up to the same temp while also keeping the buns fauxsteamed, if you will. It condenses all of the ingredients together and allows them to really get to know each other. The burger diaper is what allows this sandwich to ascend from being a collective of ingredients to a burger. Now I don’t think George Motz would fully agree, but I’ve crunched the numbers. The burger diaper is how you make a great burger. Thank you for your time.
Now, your argument is sound, and i buy it. Definitely will give it a try next burger round. HOWEVER, burger diaper is definitely the worst way to possibly phrase this and for that i must shame you.
Absolutely. I used to work at a burger restaurant, and I would make food 10 minutes before my break, wrap the burger in foil, and unwrap for my break. Everything mixes together so well that way
