From a non-priority at chevy to a key TRD partner is going to boost performance. How much is the question. I think TRD and Gibbs will catch them up on data, it's a matter of how they use it

Having the Nemechek name back in the Cup Series is awesome. I appreciate how he went back and worked his way up the ranks by winning and showing his talent. Hopefully LMC can compete for top 15s next season or he can get that JGR seat when there is an opening in a few years.

Noah Gragson deserves better.
How? Dude underperformed in basically every race this season, wrecked countless amounts of cars and was just overall bad. Plus he screwed up his opportunity. No shot he deserved this ride.
@@michop21 the legacy cars are junk compared to the rest of the field. They wreck because they don’t handle and the driver has to drive it harder than it’s capable of being pushed.

I always respected Jimmie Johnson but the way he handled Noah Gragson just bums me out because that all seemed a little odd to me.. rumors of letting him go and then a like button gets hit on a meme. Sounds like a set up to me. Just think for a minute.. could someone in his camp ever get access to his phone and smash a like button. And also Noah wouldn't be able to be like hey I didn't do that because then they would call him out for being a liar. He had to just take that and move on. What a sucky way to handle buisness.

I really like JHN, it's a shame he's joined a Shitshow organization like LMC. He made the move to cup before. With a not so good team and look what it did for him. He backtracked to the trucks and took him 3 years to get back on his feet firmly. Now he's living "Groundhog Day". With a team that has NO LOYALTY to their driver. The bent Noah over, they'll have no problem doing the same JHN.

As a key Toyota Partner next year they'll get all the same information as the Toyota teams plus the TRD Engines.
Hope they get some really good equipment from Toyota , John Hunter is a really good person who dropped back and restarted his career over .

Some teams have direct support from their manufacturers. Unfortunately the mega-teams usually eat up majority of those resources. Legacy did not have a key partnership with Chevrolet. With Toyota they will have direct TRD support. Jimmie got tired of getting the Hendrick and RCR left overs.
I just can't see any possible success, to be honest. Jimmy Johnson couldn't do well in his own equipment. Noah Gragson couldn't do well in the same equipment. How in the world could Nemecheck do well in that equipment? The only time this kid ever done well, was when he was in top shelf equipment. But to be honest, all if these drivers only ever done well in top shelf equipment. Maybe JJ is not the owner he thinks he is. Should be interesting to say the least.

I wouldn’t say jgr dumps drivers. They have high expectations and when they aren’t met they move on. After you get drivers like Denny KB Stewart lebante I would say the only person they dropped the ball on was logono but hindsight he was not doing good.
