Could "keep everything in its most lengthened position" be a good rule of thumb to describe your model?
If not do you have any other simple descriptions that could be useful if one was willing to share your way of posture?

wow I never knew about this before
      I made a short research
if it is a natural tendency of chest to cave in than what you want to do here is to spread arms more not less, and be sure to elevate chest and lift head not keeping it less
because otherwise it will aid this caving process
I see this method here helpful as you improve breathing with diaphragm adding capacity to what you may loose in just suppressed lungs capacity
but not sure how much it affects heart
on your place I would think a lot about my posture while sleeping when I'm tending to keep hands together what may narrow chest at sleep instead like keeping hand on side or something
I still don't get why developing frontal muscles make more problems in this condition
but this method here for sure makes arms more dominant in view and activity than chest muscles, what I personally like, but many people obsessed with chest volume wouldn't welcome probably
      good luck
never stop looking for answers understanding and solutions
and you will find it eventually so don't stress overly over it, we have lot's of things to fix, this is just one parts of many needing equal focus on, use your attention well

A bit random, but even though I am getting great results in general to my posture and now appearance due to now using my fasica efficiently, I was always told I was a decent dancer before I started doing this, but now it seems when I do try to dance I look robotic, and cant seem to loosen up and dance accordingly while keeping my fascia tight, is it possible to look less stiff whole dancing while still making my fasica more taut? I mean it obviously doesnt bother me as I dont dance much and I am getting good results, but I would definitely like to look more looser when dance 😂.

Conscious guidance and control means choosing how you would like to do whatever it is you do. If you want loose dancing, choose it. AT as I see it is not about rigid protocols, but about discovering you are free to make choices about how you move and then cultivating the ability to make them effectively.

I want to not think when I can't. For example, when I sleep, I want my mouth closed all the time, despite not being able to think. Your message would be way more powerfull if you explained why the people tendo to do things that are not good for them, such as carrying weight with the albows pointing in instead of out

    • @szymonbaranowski8184
      @szymonbaranowski8184 2 месяца назад

when you walk your brain is receiving signals about movement through for example sensing teeth on left or right touching together jar swaying with movement
but nowadays people have wrongly developed jars so they may not even have those teeth touching...
when you sleep you aren't moving, you are still regenerating
so naturally your jar gets slack falls down relaxes and unknowingly opens
maybe earlier we had natural mewing instinct that the mouth was closed just by vacuum in mouth
but we don't live in good old natural times in nature
you won't learn automatic keyboard writing without first writing consciously and then letting the habit take over automatically
knowing why may or may not solve your problem but asking without answer will distract you from trying long enough to see results for sure
if you see people lifting weights they want to support load from under
it's just natural strategy to offset gravity
our body hates and fear gravity subconsciously

No, just imagine your body like a spring (not just one spring, you have multiple antagonist springs over the body) and stretch either side of the spring and keep it in that position all the time. To put it simply lol

Hey, what do you think about barefoot shoes?

    • @szymonbaranowski8184
      @szymonbaranowski8184 2 месяца назад

you are walking on flat hard surfaces, it's insane to barefoot if you aren't moving on soft surfaces anymore...
maybe it's worth to straighten legs
but despite shoes deforming our feet they also stabilise us while walking in this new standard unnatural environment
and if you don't feel ground if you don't feal stable you get all kinds of problems
and it can be caused by wrong posture or brain not getting enough feedback from environment for positioning of body as well (poor eyesight, lack of glasses)

I sometimes wear old slip-on vans and I like them alot on rough terrains because I can feel every rock that goes under my foot.
That being said, I am still young and the shoes in themselves aren’t that great because they keep the toes compressed…
I still liked to walk with them and never had any pain from it
