This was fun!! Thanks for doing this one for me. They were super close for sure but I like the classic it just looked cooler going around the track! Who knows with some little changes to make it have a bit less understeer it may just take the Mini B!
No problem it was really fun anyway I just got done running the clod and bullhead on the outer oval so much fun
I was watching this and thinking "I wonder what it would look like with 4 or 5 of those cars out there?" and then smiled as it would be pure chaos and a ton of fun!! They both looked great out there and the perfect size for your track!
That would be so much fun if only I had rc friends that lived close enough to visit more than once a year lol I could have a wacky race

Jrx2 with a 1 ounce self adhesive tire weight mounted between the front 2 shock greatly improves its performance.

it's funny how both vintage style mini buggies from the same company have opposite problems on your track. The mini b has good front grip, not enough rear so it spins out. The jrx2 has great rear grip, but the front pushes. Front push is easier to manage. In a longer race, the jrx2 might have matched the average time due to being more consistent.
Lol if I could mix them I would have the perfect buggy thank you very much for watching
Hi there Brent. A great mini head to head out on the track. The Mini B having the edge over the JRX2. But I must say, the JRX2 did look more like it was going to do it, it seemed to be a little more poised on the track, just a few wide corners, cost it the race. I am going to do just that lol some this fall but plan on a race series this spring
The throttle is proportional on both yet it looks like youre driving them as if they were full on or full off 😂 gotta get that throttle control worked on will definitely help in going around the track faster very nice video
I want one of tge jrx2 minis, but I still think they’re a bit over priced. I was prepared to buy one at horizon fest but they didn’t have any in the tent for sale, ended up with the garbage dromida short course truck and my arrma granite voltage instead

Imagine how the mini b would perform with dirt tires instead of carpet tires
I have had problems finding dirt tires would like to try some
@AdventureTimeRC even the clay tires that come on the car would be better than carpet tires
Great vid mate! My JRX2 wheels are getting a bit thrashed, so you reckon the front hub assembly would swap over from the MiniB? I know some of the parts cross over, would be great to have proper front wheels and bearings on it!
I really don't know for sure but it should work not to much in the front pretty simple

If you put the best driver on each on those the B would win every time. Oversteer can be easily adjusted.

I just found out that they made the JRX2 in a 1/16 scale. I still have my original 1/10 scale from when I was a kid. I’m getting one of these.

That was great to watch! It's definitely helpful when or if I manage to buy me one of these, I am still undecided after this, even... Instead of getting one, I went and bought me a Chinese 4wd 14th scale instead, ha ha!

Does the mini b have a slipper clutch?
Yes it does
Add a little water to the surface of the track it will be much better
I'm no expert but it appears as though both cars might be suffering from traction deficits at opposite ends.
