    absolutely right, madam, we farmers also eat buttermilk and rice together in our house. I have gone through all the comments here, many people are wondering which rice is Rujuta madam showing. Rujuta madam always tells us to eat hand pounded rice only. Its color is not even completely brown nor is it completely white. This is the same hand pounded traditional rice that your ancestors used to eat when there was no electricity era. We are farmers of India, and inspired by Rujuta madam, we make Hand Pounded Rice in our village and sell it , we do home delivery in the city. It is very tasty and healthy. It Prevents - acidity- bloating- headache- fatigue- indigestion. Many thanks to Rujuta madam, because of you people are getting to know what is good rice for them, and we farmers are able to earn some money because of you. Thank You from 23 Farmers.
