- 5 ways to use your kitchen better (by my mother Prof. Rekha Diwekar)
1. Cook the traditional way (e.g. eat sabzis, not raw veggies).
2. Set your curd at home (and also make white makkhan).
3. Keep homemade snacks ready (one sweet, one savoury).
4. Keep different sizes of vessels (to reduce wastage).
5. Keep your pulses in glass bottles (and use variety of pulses).

Just like my mummy she is so wise and thorough,, I live in Australia and still cook and do my kitchen work as my mom used to do in Gujarat, All the traditional cooking. Rujuta ji aapki Ma meri Ma jaisi lagti hai muje 🤗🤗🤗 she is so beautiful and graceful😘❤️❤️

U must pleeeze explain to us indians how it damages heart on not to use de ultra extra refined (bleached) white n yellow color industrialized oils in de market, like soya, corn, cannola, saflower, sunflower oils & so called vegetable fats, oils, like dalda vanaspati, lard, margarine, harmful fats, & re- heated oils fats🙏

Aap English nhi seekh sakte kya?? Dusron ko bolne se pehle apni kamiyaan dekh leni chahiye. India mein 22 official languages hain. Aur sabko hindi nahi aati. Toh kya ab 22 languages mein video daalega koi ?? Rujuta mam k videos NRI bhi dekhte hain jinhe shayad utni achchi hindi nahi aati hogi. Lekin English aisi language hai jo sabko aati hai....jo seekhna chahte hain..unko toh aati hi hai.
Aap bhi khud ko educate kariye ...achcha hoga.
