Tip - I have a board on my fridge for meal planning. One column on the board is used for writing left over food items in the fridge. Trust me it has saved us so many meals and guilt of throwing away fav food itens

Traditional way of kadai roasting of rawa:suji, peanut n sevai. 2. Cut veggies to be used in few hours to prevent nutrition loss from it if stored for longer 3. Nutrition loss in precooked gravies also 4. Dosa idli batter tastes bad after three days storage. 5. Whole spices and spice powder to be stored in glassware with airtight closure to retain its fresher Instead all I do is just wash n store veggies properly and use them by cutting when needed

Yep thank you , being a working woman its difficult to prepare breakfast and lunch every day ,i too do some prep mostly one day before actually i used to think that fresh veg cutting and fresh making food but some time we get up late in morning and on that day its difficult so one day before i will prefer to cut veg and store them,dough making and keep in fridge etc
Very helpful video. Only thing I am not comfortable with is soaking paneer pieces and keeping in refrigerator. I would rather cut them into pieces and store them in meal portion size food saver containers for use
