It doesn't matter how far away the pickup is when you get the Ping! What matters is the total miles and that the dollar amount you get is more than $1 a mile, and, the total time, needs to calculate out to $30 an hour or more. You need BOTH!

Yeah. Quests completely diminished, surge zones are a rarity. Unless it's a shitty snow day where Uber rapes the customers then it's bonus zones sea of red. I opened the Lyft PAX app and noticed a customer has an option to wait longer for a ride at a cheaper price. The issue is the close drivers disappear and the far away ones get pinged for lower fares. This is ridiculous! Why would Lyft give them that option? The farther the driver the more it should cost.
@Sergio-SMTMC After looking for some other things in the PAX apps, I also noticed that it doesn't show riders how many miles when picking a destination. It just shows, time to pickup, time to drop off and the fare they have to pay.
Because they’re trying to compel the rider to pay for Priority Pickup. With the Wait & Save options, it’s a matter of reading the language. “Pickup within…” is 100% different than “Pickup in…” so selecting that option may still net the closest driver at a cheaper price. I’ve had riders think that they have 20 minutes to get ready, yet the ride is there in 3. Gotta know how to game the system as a rider.
My best recommendation, don’t use the same device for passengers and drivers. Always use a second device for the passenger app. That its my trick for that.
I agree with Sergio. I'll give you three examples: 1. It was on NYE day and they tried giving me an Orlando to Miami for only $120 during rush hour. Declined immediately! 2. Just 2 days ago they tried to stick me with an Orlando to Port St. Lucie for only $61 with bonuses. Obviously, I declined! 3. I believe it was on Monday or last week when they gave me an hour drive during rush hour for only $10.61 and once I declined then they sticked me with it again. Do I need to say what happened next? Yup!!! I went offline for 10 minutes. Lol!!! Let the newbies saturate themselves.
It's not the newbies. Everyone has different parameters. Some people only need to make 2 to 4 rides per day everyday. Many people only need to pay their rent or car payment plus fuel and insurance and getting "trash" is all they need to pay their bills. You who actually live in your cars and try to make Uber full time (it was never meant to be a full time reliable gig ffs) are trying to compete against thousands of part time drivers who only need part time pay and their standards are lower and they CAN be lower because they only want to driver two or so hours per day. Your trash is their treasure. People trying to play the blame game jeez, you don't even understand how markets work or thar every driver has different financial requirements. So many Uber drivers on YT are so bitter and people in the comments are especially so are the type who just can't fathom anyone making decisions different from their own. Most of you should have found another part time gig years ago if the "newbies" are ruining it for you. The lack of self accountability for yourselves is shameful.
This is a big part of why the rates are so low! If UBER see all of these rookies accepting cheap rates, then they’re going to think it’s acceptable to pay everyone across the board cheap rates!
Hey guys this has gone unspoken about. With the upfront price Uber has lower the price per mile here in Orlando Fl from 0.87 per mile to 0.61 per mile. Most drivers have not noticed, I have. Another problem that no one is saying anything about is that when you take a ride even with upfront pay and you choose a shorter route you get less than what was offered. Hopefully you will bring this to light, let everyone know.
I'm a driver in Orlando myself and I also have noticed that. If you take a shorter route or if there are no traffic and all lights are green for you then they will re-calculate and pay you less. Now, if there is a longer way that it might take you a little bit longer without any tolls then they will pay you more. Just yesterday I went from a 4.95 up to 8 something because I took a little longer without the toll roads. Keep it strong buddy!
Love the smart recommendation of checking the price from the passenger app. Thank you for the reminder. What Catagory are these rides in this example? Regular Uber x? Thx 🙏🏾
I can't wait till upfront fares go away I don't want to calculate every trip. I just want to be paid like before base fare plus time , distance, and surge.
The reason you want to know all that information is because if you have to go 25 mi or 25 minutes to go pick someone up you make zero on that leg of the trip. Miles per gallon is a big deal when gas is this expensive and time is the most valuable of all things! Driving 20 minutes well it's on your dime to take someone 5 minutes is stupid. Don't be lazy just look at it and make a good decision. Is it too far? Will it take longer to get there than the trip itself after I pick them up? Easy questions
Yeah and sometimes they don't even tell you that till after you've accepted it. And the passengers are talking about it wondering why are they getting so many cancellations?? I tell them because they're not giving this the information until after we accept the trip and then we realize it was a crap trip and have to cancel cuz we're not out here to make friends we're actually out here to make a living. You can't drive and lose money which I've actually done! Kinda doesn't work though you know what I mean??
My acceptance rate is in single digits because I have to wait so long to get anywhere near the magic $1 per mile. Surge in Orange County apart from closing time (~2AM) is almost non-existent. But - I'm only driving Friday and Saturday nights from dark to ~3AM I'm at my main job and from where I am in OC the price difference between companies is amazing. Uber is charging $58ish to get to LAX terminal 4 while Lyft is charging $86ish.
The surge and pricing of the rides depends on two things: 1. The density of drivers nearby. (population) 2. The density of drivers nearby. (intelligence)
@Sergio-SMTMC I’m watching lots of your videos now. You guys are awesome! My first week my pay is ranging from $9/hr one night. The next night $30/hr. Is it normal to have such a huge swing in earnings? I’m having to drive tons of drunk people and now people on meth or crack. The smell is horrid! Thanks again buddy. I’m down to 17% accept rate, I’m hoping to get that even lower after tonight which will be my first weekend night lol. Will I ever get penalized for having say a 15-20% cancel rate? Sometimes I regret accepting a ride but then I just do it anyway.
@Sergio-SMTMC wow last night was incredible! I was thinking of you guys every time I rejected a ride lol. I made continuous $30/hr plus last night on x. That was def my best night of the first weeks trial. Clearly weekend nights are the best in my area and probably many others. Thanks for all you guys do! 👍
Question… with all the evaluations of information and passing on rides, what does your cancellation rate look like? And does it matter? I’m in a smaller city and these prices astound me! Much higher rates
Passing on a ride is not cancellation. To get a cancellation, you need to accept a trip, then cancel it. Not taking a trip in the first place, is acceptance rate
I won't be surprise if UBER kills the screen shot/recording ability from the App pretty soon. You guys are teaching/training the drivers that will give headache for UBER. I don't driver anymore, so I'm not on neither side
Great video, very very interesting to see how the algo reacts when it's desperate and you're the only option. I'd love to see this again but on Lyft, apparently Lyft is charging *massively* more than Uber, even on non-surge rides. I'd love to see what they're offering the driver. Haha ants surge chasing, it's true 🤣
In Lincoln NE, the Uber app doesn’t show upfront pay, doesn’t show distance to pickup or where drop off is… it’s blind acceptance. If I drive to Omaha-an hour away-then the app shows that information. I don’t drive Uber anymore because the pay is garbage on often $3 with long distances to Blind Pickup and drop offs in my town.
Been doing Uber for 4 years now and at the time of this post in the Atlanta area the average hourly gross pay for UberX with no surge attached is around $20 considering time and mileage per ride. Just takes doing a little math in your head while watching ride requests to come up with this figure which is fairly steady. With that being said, every once in a while a trip request will appear that pays considerably higher for some unknown reason and those are typically the ones I wait on.
I had rider last night who added a stop after I accepted… but I didn’t understand until I picked him up. I lost my ass on that trip. Where can we see on the app that someone adds a stop while we are navigating toward them? I’m a rookie
@@badass1g there will be a message saying rider updated trip and a pop up will either say added a stop or changed destination. I always cancel when I see that. For an extra 85 cents for double the time not worth it!
@@mommy_and_lulu9271 wow yea that’s a rip off. It took me 30 mins total and I made $6 😡 thank you for the info I’m gonna cancel next time someone does that
@@badass1g your welcome. This is what I save my cancelations for since the ratings do matter for our benifits. If you have to cancel for a person with no carseat or rude or inappropriate behavior call uber and make sure that doesn't go on your cancelation rating
The passenger app only shows the cars for the selected service level. You might see 4 uberX cars around you but if you select comfort they may all disappear or maybe 1 or 2 remain.
Thanks, I didn't know about seeing drivers in the area on the regular lyft app.. that is really good thing to know, i only drive for lyft, because I dont like Uber's app and i think I can only do Uber Eats
I love Lyft switch and bait me last night, it went from first customer going from Pasadena to LA then within 2 minutes into the drive it switched to Pasadena to Thousand Oaks!
I discovered over a year ago that surge bonuses are not what they seem. I sat one morning just watching rides and it occurred to me on the app many rides with roughly the same length time and mileage trips had different base pay depending on whether a surge was attached or not. For instance, a fairly basic ride of around three miles and less than ten minutes pays around $4 in my market. Add a $3 surge and it should be $7 dollars, right? Wrong because it only pays around $5.50. Take away the $3 surge and that means the base pay for that ride is $2.50. Typically Uber does not have a ride that pays that low to a driver. I began watching this more closely and see it occurring all the time.
Doing this also lowers your acceptance rate to just about nothing, which takes you out of your Uber rewards. But if you don't care then it's best to do this..
Since 2010 driving for Uber and from 2015 with Lyft. Always from the begining checking passenger app before turn on. Never pick up a ride, that make none sense. That why on my 2 best categories XL never a ride of $80 with 10 miles range and. Never less than $46 on and EV X category. I teach my app only to select what I need, no what they offer me. Easy if you know your area.
Wow they're obviously playing around with us! Cuz I only get the price I get no information about how far it is or where I'm going to go after I pick them up. You're supposed to get where it is from where you are then where you're going after you pick them up and then Miles involved on both parts of that trip!
That’s true, at night, people get desperate and start trying to help each other out by all of the 4 riders that will go on the same ride will try to get an uber to the same place. So that in turn will raise the surge even more. So at night, if your the only game in town, be patient and watch the surge climb.
Passengers have zero clue how drivers are getting screwed. Most think we get paid 80+%. I’ve showed some what Uber pays after the ride is over just to prove it to them. Maybe that seems tacky, but then more riders are educated and usually tip once they realize how little we are getting paid and how much Uber is pocketing.
Here in the city of Toronto, Canada. Uberx doesn't allow you to see how much the trip gonna cost or where you are going. They only allow you to see where the passenger is.. and then, when you pick up the passenger they will show you where you are going. BUT still you aren't able yo see your earnings until you drop the passenger.
Is there Uber Pro where you are?? Where I'm at if you get your Uber pro status higher than blue with an acceptance rate of 85% or higher you can see the trip duration
Hi guys. Question! Do you know why trip previews are not seen in advance if we are 1 hour outside of the city zone? Hope my question makes sense. What is the range I must stay in to be able to see trip previews before I accept?
I noticed this as well some time back and I believe it has something to do with being in the zone you are registered in. In order to see information in a different zone you must request Uber to make that arrangement just like when you go on vacation and want to work a little in another state you have to request Uber make that arrangement possible and then when returning back to home area again make that request to Uber. Not certain how Lyft handles that.
Everyone in chicago ,its easy .50 a minute minimum, pickup time and travel time added together ,so 8 minutes to pickup ,12 minutes travel with passenger, should be at least $10,I do disagree I let bad trips run thru ,sometimes same trip comes back to you with more money ,you may take trip with better pay,so don't decline just let it run thru
Good question I've been trying to find the answer to myself! I also want to know if when you get a reservation request and you don't accept it does that count against your acceptance rate? Somehow I think it does and I think that's supremely unfair! I'm not asking to get those stupid reservation requests that are 4 hours in the future! But the way my acceptance rate dropped like a rock from diamond to below blue I think it does. I know one thing that takes my acceptance rate down that is when they give me nothing more than the price of the trip in other words the earnings of the trip. No information on where it is where I'm going anything! Forget that! I don't take those because I need to know how far away it is since I make zero going to pick people up!!!
Could not figure out why I am not getting riders early AM. Small market. I went on pax app and they only offered reservation at 5:50, it was 505. 5 miles was 51$! No wonder people are not using uber to get to work anymore! They are price gouging with forced reservations😢
Being uber in rio de janeiro, Brazil is difficult expensive fuel and lately few trips but I will apply the tips in this video to try to earn more thanks
I live in Conneticut and here Uber is killing us you can’t believe they are paying drivers 50 cent per mile and 20 cent per minute, you will get paid for $4 for 13 minutes drive which is 4 miles very terrible
@sergioportillo9982 They have 1 but it's not as popular as Uber & Lyft it's called Alto they provide you a vehicle to drive with they're logo. But you're actually on their schedule vs you doing it when you want to ✔️ it out.
Wridz!! You get 100% fare and booking fees and you market yourself to get return riders!! You do however have to pay for a drug test, back ground check to start and then you pay a $100 monthly memberships to use their app. I think that is a small price to pay personally for the benefits!!
I started driving for Uber on Monday February 2nd 2023 and my driver app foment show me the time of the fare or the mileage until I accept the ride, by then is too late so I have to take it. Yesterday I had Uber eats with a 23 mile round trip 40 minutes each way and got $20 including tip. I can’t find any settings so as to see if I can change it si am able to see the price or anything. Help please
I have figured out why Uber isn’t profitable they we’re charging $41.91 for a trip from Buford GA to Downtown Atlanta which is over 40+ miles when you include Ubers cut while charging
You won't get deactivated for a low acceptance rate! Now cancellation rate is a different story but you could literally accept 1 out of every 1000 rides as long as you're not cancelling on too many of the rides you've accepted.
I drive in Colorado and our screen only shows how far away the rider is, not how much the potential earnings are or where they are going. Am I missing something?
Hi. One question. how we can see the money that Uber is charging for the trip? I only can see what they pay me for the trip not what’s the total that they charge.
He's going into the passenger app and creating a trip that approximates the trip he's getting. Unfortunately Uber doesn't allow us to actually see how much the passenger is paying.
These rules are all based on your area... of you are in a high tourism city none of these tips apply... accept most rides and get paid if you are in a low tourism or large city then these tips can help
Is Chris really current driver? why are you not fighting for upfront fare information for your area?? Upfront fears is unfair for some to have it and we don’t. New year suburbs and New Jersey
OG UPDATE you should have noticed you are actually making more per trip. When uber gave out that subsidy they put a cap on how much they paid. I tracked this and noticed on trips recently that were only paying 4.80 or 5.80 with a surge minimum fare the same trips were paying about $8 to 9 dollars similar or less distance. for the record my strategy of short trips under 1.5 miles pickup and 1.5 to 2 mile drop off has remained consistent
The girl subsidy in CA has ended already, where are you located? I've been denying all the long rides now, they are typically 60 minutes or more, 45 to 50 miles and only like $30 pay.
I have checked the pricing on both Uber eats and Uber x and the pricing is good but uber is taking advantage of drivers but not paying what drivers are entitled to.
I drive in Chicago and the punish me with acceptance rate going lower long rides to pick up and bad pay with long wait they say high acceptance rate shorter time wait
Try not seeing anything but the dollar value of the trip😄. That's what my screen suddenly shows me. I've been driving since 2016 and I've been a diamond driver most of the time. And this is what they're doing. I don't take a trip unless I know how far away it is from me to go get them. So my acceptance rate is below blue haha dropped suddenly from diamond status haha.
It’s all trash I’m in Baltimore Lyft be asking us to drive from Baltimore to dc for $25 they never pay us over $30 I never take long trips anymore it’s really bad driving for Lyft foreal not worth it

@@metaparcel Word.
These apps about to lose ppl
This is a big part of why the rates are so low! If UBER see all of these rookies accepting cheap rates, then they’re going to think it’s acceptable to pay everyone across the board cheap rates!
Glad you made this one ..Eye opener .
@Sergio-SMTMC Let me see if it happens today and I will let you know it. I know it happened yesterday but I don't have a screen shot of it.
@Sergio-SMTMC lyft only adjust up or down if route or time changes "significantly"
That's the price for comfort
Uber x is less than .50 per mile
Divide dollar amount by time. If you get .41 per min that is $25 per hour. Its not garbage its money people
Love the smart recommendation of checking the price from the passenger app.
Boy are you in the minority and that is a terrible way to run a business with not knowing what you will be required to do to receive the promised pay.
4th 'P'....pause requests. Turn them off after you accept a ride.
Why
In Atlanta they trying to pay 7.00 for 8 minutes pick up and 22 minutes drop off he’ll nah I canceled
But - I'm only driving Friday and Saturday nights from dark to ~3AM
I'm at my main job and from where I am in OC the price difference between companies is amazing. Uber is charging $58ish to get to LAX terminal 4 while Lyft is charging $86ish.
The surge and pricing of the rides depends on two things:
1. The density of drivers nearby. (population)
2. The density of drivers nearby. (intelligence)
😂
Bullshit
Please do more videos like this. I learned SO much… thank you.
if you don't accept the rides, uber puts me under 85% Acceptance Rate and once that happens, I can't tell where my destination is heading.
Same😢
Question… with all the evaluations of information and passing on rides, what does your cancellation rate look like? And does it matter? I’m in a smaller city and these prices astound me! Much higher rates
Passing on a ride is not cancellation. To get a cancellation, you need to accept a trip, then cancel it. Not taking a trip in the first place, is acceptance rate
I won't be surprise if UBER kills the screen shot/recording ability from the App pretty soon. You guys are teaching/training the drivers that will give headache for UBER. I don't driver anymore, so I'm not on neither side
oh brother!
Great video, very very interesting to see how the algo reacts when it's desperate and you're the only option. I'd love to see this again but on Lyft, apparently Lyft is charging *massively* more than Uber, even on non-surge rides. I'd love to see what they're offering the driver.
Haha ants surge chasing, it's true 🤣
how do you use the rider app to see how many cars around area?
In Milwaukee, WI they don’t show us the $ amount we make. They just show miles and minutes and direction.
In Lincoln NE, the Uber app doesn’t show upfront pay, doesn’t show distance to pickup or where drop off is… it’s blind acceptance. If I drive to Omaha-an hour away-then the app shows that information. I don’t drive Uber anymore because the pay is garbage on often $3 with long distances to
Blind Pickup and drop offs in my town.
How is it possible that a 2021 Mercedes Benz C300 is not classified as a luxury car?
man these prices is disrespectful big time
Been doing Uber for 4 years now and at the time of this post in the Atlanta area the average hourly gross pay for UberX with no surge attached is around $20 considering time and mileage per ride. Just takes doing a little math in your head while watching ride requests to come up with this figure which is fairly steady. With that being said, every once in a while a trip request will appear that pays considerably higher for some unknown reason and those are typically the ones I wait on.
First I look at miles the ride take then the miles away I am from the start of ride, and I make sure it's not a múltiple stop.
@Sergio-SMTMC thanks never thought of that. I only work disney area and only do under 2 miles rides as most of them are in the area
What’s right is that the person who books the ride is garaunteed a ride in a comfort ride anyone else that comes to car is not promised a ride.
In one of the agreement updates, Uber was candid about testing the drivers to see what they would take… they’re evil mindfu--.
In my area Ftl Miami surges have dropped 80% huge change and many other things
I love Lyft switch and bait me last night, it went from first customer going from Pasadena to LA then within 2 minutes into the drive it switched to Pasadena to Thousand Oaks!
Yes LYFT PLAYS that game
They offer like 4 times as much in la so this doesn’t really help us in Tampa
By not taking these trips… it tells me you do not care about your status status, gold, Platnum etc. Right?
some drivers don't care...not sure why.
Because they r F-ING u! And u don't have to take the shit
Thanks Thanks I appreciate all the knowledge... knowing the THREE P's and the algorithm is the key to making this work
I'm in NC, and we don't see upfront prices. We get 5-7 seconds to accept a ride that only gives distance to the pickup.
Wow they're obviously playing around with us! Cuz I only get the price I get no information about how far it is or where I'm going to go after I pick them up. You're supposed to get where it is from where you are then where you're going after you pick them up and then Miles involved on both parts of that trip!
Who cares about rewards if you can't eat...more Uber mind fuckery!
In Florida the pax app doesn't show us other drivers anymore 😢
If you decline too many trips doesn't the app kick you off?
You may be logged off, but you should be able to go right back online.
Could you make a video like this with the #Lyft app showing which rides you would take and which you would not.
That’s true, at night, people get desperate and start trying to help each other out by all of the 4 riders that will go on the same ride will try to get an uber to the same place. So that in turn will raise the surge even more. So at night, if your the only game in town, be patient and watch the surge climb.
Why is the video quality of the cell phone screen so bad? I can't tell what the app is showing half the time.
Surge is just a number they put up to entice us. A $10.00 surge only adds $1-2 dollars to the fare
I don’t understand how can you ignore too many trips ? Acceptance rate will kill you
acceptance rate means nothing. Unless your trying to achieve Diamond status.
What does a low AR mean? I haven't seen that it makes a difference
@Sergio-SMTMC I ment how does AR affect us? I don't notice anything by having a AR rating
@Sergio-SMTMC thank you. 😊
My acceptance rate is less than 50%. It’s not killing me.
Wish my market was that busy.
Grrrrr!!!😡
So by just letting an offer expire, does it affect your ratings?
Now in San Diego you don't have 10 seconds on the direct offers to decide. You have 5!
That's insane
They get more than half of the fare this is crazy
Which I was confused about because I thought they were only supposed to take somewhere near 25 percent. They are taking about 50 percent now
I work in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania price is getting down every day
There is usually enough drivers to take the trips, so where I’m from the fee never goes up somebody takes the trip
Doesn't the app only show drivers with out a passenger? There could be 10 drivers but only show 2 cars on the app
Well I know this I get requests while I'm driving a passenger so I would imagine I'm considered available on the passenger part of the app
No. When you are close to the destination it will show you on the map. Why not? They know exactly where you'll be.
Being uber in rio de janeiro, Brazil is difficult expensive fuel and lately few trips but I will apply the tips in this video to try to earn more thanks
So if everybody declines garbage what happens does Uber and Lyft augment those trips with bonuses
I live in Conneticut and here Uber is killing us you can’t believe they are paying drivers 50 cent per mile and 20 cent per minute, you will get paid for $4 for 13 minutes drive which is 4 miles very terrible
With all the tech layoffs a crap ton of people driving for Lyft and Uber until their next gig.
Trips pop up on my Trip Radar for $20. I pass. Then they send it to me for $17. I look on Trip Radar and its still there for $20.
Garbage!
we need another company that does not take that much money away from drivers and hurt clients the end uber and lyft are ripping clients and driver off
@sergioportillo9982 They have 1 but it's not as popular as Uber & Lyft it's called Alto they provide you a vehicle to drive with they're logo.
Do you guys have your own channels? I love your content but I tend to not like other videos on here. Thank you and happy travels
How does a driver maintain his platinum level when he decides to refuse a specific ride. Declines bring down a higher level achievement.
When I pass up that many calls, my acceptance rate goes so low I can’t qualify for nothing and eventually I’ll probably get banned
Am I missing something?
is you app up to date?
I waited at an airport for 1.5 hours the lot was packed with new drivers it’s getting ridiculous
Yeah when I've done that it's because something's wrong with the app.
11,000 10% tax, 12% 44,700 way more a year?1 app and multi apps delivery... IRS is seasonal to April
These rules are all based on your area... of you are in a high tourism city none of these tips apply... accept most rides and get paid if you are in a low tourism or large city then these tips can help
How are they using rider to see how many drivers in area? I have rider app and driver app and none show
I did this my percentage went down to 79 and now I cannot see how long the ride is!
How do you access the passenger app?
Wow watching you kick those ride request shows me just how badly they're under paying me. I had no idea
Could you do a program reference driving from Long Island to New York....we have to come back empty...working almost for free....Please.
35+ thousand completed trips, how low can your acceptance rate be, before being deactivated?
Is Chris really current driver? why are you not fighting for upfront fare information for your area?? Upfront fears is unfair for some to have it and we don’t. New year suburbs and New Jersey
I'm driving for Uber now, my question is how concerned should I be with my acceptance rate?
Wow any of those trips are rare and golden in Texas, more like 4$
OG UPDATE you should have noticed you are actually making more per trip.
@Sergio-SMTMC the gas subsidy and yes paying more since now they are not trying to recoup that cost spread out to all drivers
The girl subsidy in CA has ended already, where are you located?
I've been denying all the long rides now, they are typically 60 minutes or more, 45 to 50 miles and only like $30 pay.
Meant to say fuel, not girl
I'm I'm charlotte my point was during subsidy of gas trip payout was capped as a hedge to offset less active drives and shorter trips
Yeah I just don't take trips where I have to drive very far to pick them up. If we got paid to go pick him up that would be different.
So don't they screw you if you reject rides?
I have checked the pricing on both Uber eats and Uber x and the pricing is good but uber is taking advantage of drivers but not paying what drivers are entitled to.
I hate when we get a pickup 5 miles away and it is 5.00
I drive in Chicago and the punish me with acceptance rate going lower long rides to pick up and bad pay with long wait they say high acceptance rate shorter time wait
Question Guy. How that affect my acceptane rating? Because I afraid of that.
Why does Uber only show me how far the pickup is? I’m not seeing their destination
Indy hardly gets surges. Trips wont pay gas money hardly.
It’s all trash I’m in Baltimore Lyft be asking us to drive from Baltimore to dc for $25 they never pay us over $30 I never take long trips anymore it’s really bad driving for Lyft foreal not worth it
Yeah lyft is fucking trash these days. Stupid rerouting. Today I was 2 mins from customer which initially was 10 mins away and they switched me to someone else another 10 mins away. Their customer service is bunch of jips trying to penny pinch. Their algorithms are designed for you to fail
The problem is uber is not paying surge the customers are uber only drops their cut down on promos. Uber cut needs to go down
