I'm 6' 1" - 195 lbs and normally wear a size large Jacket. I had to go with a 2 XL in this Jacket. I originally ordered the XL and it was close but wanted that bit of extra room, so I would recommend going up two sizes for this jacket. And it was the same for the matching Alpinestars pants....had to go with 2 XL instead of my normal large. For comparison sake.....I also have Joe rocket Jacket and Pants and I wear Large for both.
For those curious, note that this jacket does break in a bit. At the store it may be a teeny big snug around joints and the arms, but give it a month or two and it'll start to conform more to your shape.

I'm normally an XL in everything but I'm a 2XL in everything Alpinestars.
I'm a large for gloves and jacket but have to do XL when it comes to AS brand.
where are the chest protection pockets on the jacket?
