It's truly breaks my heart knowing how quickly their habitat is shrinking here in Florida and one day I seriously doubt we'll have any black bears left just like with the gopher tortoise big housing developments coming up around my area and it's gopher tortoise territory yet they don't seem to care as does the state makes me ashamed to be a human
Please leave these poor animals alone. They were misplaced by us as we moved into their prior homes.

We are taking everything from vital native wildlife.
A healthful environment is only possible with the abundance and diversity of vital native biodiversity.
Our homes, we have taken from vital wildlife, only benefits us when shared as a source of food, shelter, and corridor.
Just go in the house and shut the door. Why is this an issue?

I didn't get on the news when my rectum smelled so horribly like fish, as I was gathering grocery bags from my trunk, a black bear sneaked up and touched his nose right on my butt and sniff the fish. I didn't even know he was there until he sniffed my butt. I just casually backed up and said social distancing 6 ft. And the bear politely backed up 6 ft. These bears are cute.
