It could be provided in short segments at community events. It could be framed in what I call, "Dollars and sense". The difference between a full time job at $12.50 an hour full time, and a ten year prison sentence is roughly 250 thousand dollars, over that time! Plus the freedom outside of working hours, like attending sporting events, parties, etc. Teach people to control their emotions based upon realities. And teach them to make concrete goals. Certain forces want people to remain ignorant of their dollar worth, so people can be exploited individually.
