My favourite part of this fight is when akiyama says that he can’t bring himself to actually fight kiryu as if he didn’t lose a no holds barred 2v1 against kiryu

It's more due the fact that If Haruka died he would be stuck on a orphanage and Kiryu wouldn't be able to help him since he's not his blood relative. And Kiryu knows how rough is living as a orphan and how much Haruto may suffer. Besides the Guy Who was gonna pick Haruto don't give a shit about the baby safety and just wanted to do it to not have to heat complaints, which raised Kiryu's worries

If Kiryu, an infamous ex Yakuza had lost his custody to Haruto, that likely means that he'll never see him again since he wouldnt even know what orphanage Haruto would get sent to and will likely grow up without parents his whole life.

I was honestly surprised at how brutal Kiryu was in that fight. They really showed that at the heart of it, he is a dangerous violent man that nobody should F with.
All is fun and games until you use a mod where you play as akiyama in the akiyama mod for yakuza 6 and you fight kiryu as a boss. (Kiryu hits really hard in that mod)
Naw. Nishiki would've died in jail. It was either have a chance to survive on the outside or die in jail. This was the ONLY outcome cause Kiryu easily survives jail.
@@DivineNaruto Even though he was never quite on Kiryus level, Nishki definitely isn't weak. I doubt he'd be killed by some random prison thugs. And let's be real Nishki dying in prison would have been better for basically everyone else overall given what actually happened.
It's more sad than epic if anything. They really don't want to fight each other but they have to. So Through is really good because the boss fight is short as well and the song is still decently emotionally strong in value. I do agree that Akiyama deserves his own boss theme but not for something like this.
This battle theme should have also been featured in Lost Judgment where Yagami was fighting all these gaki yankis at the school. Also against some members of the Yokohama Liumang Gang.
