"Those old 8420s we had back in the day" haha I had a old 6030 open cab back in the day. Disking 1500 acres in the Louisiana heat. Wow what a difference a generation makes. Cool video though
I just love to see big tractor my family owns 2 sugarcane harvester but we don't have big tractor bcz there are less company who sell big tractor sad Love from India
Normally you don’t get many animals eating your peanuts and if there are there’s nothing you can do about it. The only pests are wild pigs but even then it’s takes quite a few days for them to smell it so basically it rare
All depends on how much traction you want. But there are also some equipment that are very wide but don’t require traction so you just put on rear duals to keep the tractor and equipment more level
We spread our We eat out before we plow up our peanuts and after we plow them up and pick them it starts growing Rent A stock chopper to do the same thing with your cotton
Yea a neighbor of ours does that with his peanuts. But majority of our cotton acres will be plowed to make ready for peanuts. If we would do cotton on cotton we would plant wheat and later use a stalk cutter
For us around here it works really well. We like the row crop tractors. A 9rx series wouldn’t work as good as this 8rx series but I agree crazy expensive
No I haven’t found any glitches but it has good battery until I try to do a 2 hour long time lapse then it drains about twice as fast. But other than that love it no complaints
🦜au - they where farming peanuts in top tropics Qld Australia (Straya we say ) & wud loose crops yeilds due to tropic storms Anyway . . . they bought land in middle OZ Near alice springs HOT useless land . texas is a bit the same they did the big circle crops with Bore water boom sprays & got better yields over the years no bad weather
Sweet demo man I love those and the 410 hopefully you guys keep it!
Man it sure would be nice
That is one heck of a tractor for sure!
Recently came across this channel and subscribed, very interesting to watch. 👍
AWESOME tractor, thank you for sharing your video with us...
Hey, I think that you think that tractor is AMAZING. great video, thanks 👍😎😊
😂 haha I did love it
Sweet machine
That's great your dealer was able to work with you guys on that. You're going to need a bigger piggy bank!
😂😂 or just the whole bank
Ha! Yeah, that too!
And I love that new tractor that is sweet👍🏻🐝
Man the 8RX is a wicked nice machine. If I had the money... and a farm I’d get one hahaha.
Haha we have a farm now we just need the money 😂😂
Great machine !!
You have a lot of cotton work, that's wonderful, you have a lot of land
Pretty tractor

Congregations bro
Thanks I never thought we’d be able to demo one but here we are
I know that I'm getting videos out of order but would've love to see this 8RX on the Tatu plow.
Oooh I know I was thinking about asking the dealer if we could demo it again on the plow just for fun
Awesome
I just love to see big tractor my family owns 2 sugarcane harvester but we don't have big tractor bcz there are less company who sell big tractor sad

"The cost is peanuts" I can't imagine what tractors will be like in ten years.
Oh I don’t think I wanna know😂
Imagine putting that on the moalboard plow. Talk about power
Yea no kidding plus no wheel slip
I'm thinking more alomg the lines of what could it do with that 8 row peanut plow. It should pull that with no sweat.
@@stanleyharrell6009 them plows no prob with that much power. Imagine those new stackfold peanut inverters
That’s an awesome tractor! How many acres of peanuts do y’all grow?
This year we had about 1,200 acres
When you harvest the peanuts, can the discarded plants be used for anything, like livestock feed?
Yes we bale the straw and leaves that come out the back of the combine for livestock feed
💘🚜
Man are those cool looking lol but I still like my older ones lol
Yea I think I’d have to agree mainly because the older ones are cheaper 😅
@@conleybanman lol one more point for old is how my 4640 starts lol
@@conleybanman oh and now government juice hahahahahahah
Haha yea no kidding
Hey man! Is that tractor set to fit in 30" row spacings? Because it looks narrow!
I believe this one was set to 38” spacing so it would barely work for our 36” rows
Wooouuuuu lets gou is y John deree am new 👍👍🚜🚜🇱🇷🇱🇷
Might as well get it! If you’re gonna be a bear, be a grizzly! lol
Been seeing alot of farmers getting these recently
Noice tractor
Watched your peanut harvest video, how do you keep animals from eating them??
Normally you don’t get many animals eating your peanuts and if there are there’s nothing you can do about it. The only pests are wild pigs but even then it’s takes quite a few days for them to smell it so basically it rare
@@conleybanman that’s oddly fascinating. Thanks for the reply!
What is the purpose of having twin wheels on just the rear, as opposed to having twin wheels on both the rear and front? 😊
All depends on how much traction you want. But there are also some equipment that are very wide but don’t require traction so you just put on rear duals to keep the tractor and equipment more level
You must test it with the other ploug
Tell them you’ll buy the tractor if they throw in the VT! 😂
Haha they should do that
What part of texas you from?? Im from the big city of lockney,tx.
Hour south of Lubbock Texas
@@conleybanman nice nice, lockney is in the lubbock area, its about a hr north east.
Oh wow so your not to far off
No sir.
Where are y'all from? I grew up in Farwell Tx...
We’re closer to Seminole TX
@@conleybanman awesome! Been through there hundreds of times! I moved to north carolina now and been missing the good ole Texas atmosphere!
That means you got very good peanut yield 😄😄

Did u know there is a smile on the led lights and the turn signal make sure to look at it and it’s made to welcome the new series
Ha that’s pretty cool I would’ve never noticed that
Any plans of buying a Quad Track JD?
We’ve thought about it but we don’t know if we really want one since we regularly drive on roads, And people say that’s not good for tracks
@@conleybanman Makes sense. They just look cool and handle well on the fields
Oh yea for sure
I am nr 831 thumbs up

I believe that much hp should be on an articulate tractor - 410 hp is a lot for a tractor like this - my opinion - Price tag $500,000 - wow
For us around here it works really well. We like the row crop tractors. A 9rx series wouldn’t work as good as this 8rx series but I agree crazy expensive
How much is one? How do you calculate the return on investment on such a machine? : )
This machine cost around $520,000 and I wouldn’t really know about the return on investment but would think it would be good
The Tractor would need to take the Place of 2 wheel tractors to get a return, as in pulling a bigger tool more efficiently.
You should use it daring peanut harvest on the nut cart
Oh yea we wanted to 😢 but we couldn’t have it any longer
@@conleybanman that ok you probably buy it later and I like your content how far are you from Lubbock tx
Bout an hour south
@@conleybanman have you ever farmed in Lubbock
No I haven’t
Which gopro you using?
GoPro hero 8
Any mods on it or nah?
Yea I’ve been using the media mod but it’s a bit big. I like to carry my GoPro in my back pocket
Fair how do u find it battery wise and are there any glitches?
No I haven’t found any glitches but it has good battery until I try to do a 2 hour long time lapse then it drains about twice as fast. But other than that love it no complaints
Ooohhhh! Me first.
What size tracks are they ?
24”
We have just ordered one with 24 hope it’s the right choice
Oh man I wish we could have one we need something with more horsepower
I just asked Santa I and got one
Hmmmm I might have to do the same 😅
Go ahead and buy it 😜It’s only peanuts🤣⭐️🐝
Yea it might cost a peanut or two
Price?
I believe around $520,000
Looks like $529K
