Love this video Brother, I did this build as well and you are spot on with the weight problem lol. I went with the QS 12000W motor mounted on a Tusk Impact Rim - Rear 36 Spoke Hole, 19 x 2.15, Shinko Dual Sport 705 Series Tire (110/80-19TL Bias), 72V 28ah molicel 21700 battery and a sabvoton 72200 plug and play controller. Up front a DNM USD8 fork, DNM rear mono shock, Deity Skywire 35 Handlebar and the same XOD brake system with floating disk/rotors. This thing is super fun on the NYC streets and it feels like it's perfect for these crappy NYC roads lol. I'm actually $4200 into my build but thats because I decided to change the controller that came with this kit (Sabvoton 72150) plus went and swapped the rear rim for the wider tusk rim and upgraded the spokes and also purchased the set of shinko tires. I also went with the motor cross seat and had to drill new mounting holes to drop the height of the seat (way to high for me at 5.9"). Totally happy with the end result. Awesome videos! I bought a super73 s2 than bought a Onyx a few months later. The Onyx is fun and has double the torque but the super73 is way lighter and a way better turn radius. My buddy bought a s2 as well so when we go riding I take the s2. Its no R or Rx but its still fun to rip through the local golf courses paths!
just took my rcr on its first ride today this thing is dope im so glad i decided to get the 41ah battery when the original 23 didnt work after sitting for a year
Great video, do you happen to know of any bike’s similar to this one that would be slightly more under the radar, but would still have the speed and range?
Thank you for watching, no I sure don't I think part of the problem is that when you get to this speed and power you need battery and compartment so large that it's hard to be incognito
Good Build & Video, I love my Enduro Ebike build too, biggest con for me is the turning circle, on sealed roads its alot less noticeable but on tight twisty dirt trails where I ride 99.9% of the time, it's got quite a large turning circle compared to a regular mtb. But saying that my (Mid-drive BBSHD) Enduro E-Bike build has many more pros than cons. Thanks for Sharing your Upload 😊🙏👍👌
Yeah man, that's what makes it so stable at high speed though, you wouldn't want it so twitchy at 60mph, riding hardtail mtb's at 30+ mph down hills gets a little scary lol. It's best compared to a tour bike's geometry, long wheelbase and stable as hell for easy cruising
Nice but how much did it cost¿? Edit: I feel like if you get a good controller you can adjust the settings and get more torque... I'd say that Kelly controllers would be a best choice for adjustability.
Terrific review. Everything you wrote makes great sense. Will give you a counterpoint which may make you giggle a bit. I want to say, you are a thoughtful man who really understands the nuance of 'one size fitting all'. One size does not fit all as you explain. I come from the world of performance cycling as in the lycra dude who can ride a carbon roadbike 25 mph with no motor. In other words, faster than most can ride a bicycle and not as fast as famous people. I'm aging and getting injured more by doing big watts on the bikes trying to keep up with the young guns so decided to build a real fast drop bar roadbike to use for recovery riding. 1500w BBSHD motor, 52V battery. This bike is king among roadbikes. I haven't seen a faster ebike in my town. I haven't seen a bike like you have which is much faster than mine. I can drop a professional cyclist on my ebike. Most elite amateurs cannot hold 30 mph for long on a bicycle. My ebike will do 40 mph. 28mm wide tires. It looks like a road bike. Many don't notice. My bike is black and the big battery kind of blends in. Its quiet. Its a blast. But...but...what you said. My bike is the opposite of yours. One size doesn't fit every occasion. Problem with my bike is riding it fast on the road on less than perfect road surfaces which is common. It beats me up when the road gets just slightly bumpy because those bumps at higher speed on a stiff skinny tired road bike really assault the frame and rider. Higher force/deflection. A dropbar roadbike with 28mm wide tires isn't meant for sustained speeds over 30mph. So I am looking for a bike a bit more like yours. But...but again, your bike is 200 lbs. I want to build a bike maybe 80 lbs with wider lower pressure tires and front suspension at least. Probably a hub motor. What we are talking about is 'finding Goldilocks'. Goldilocks as it turns out is elusive. For a bike more like yours getting into the 200 lb range or 300 lb range, I am likely going to go gas and ride it mostly on the street. 300 cc's or a bit bigger. 80mph min. top speed. More suspension. Stronger frame than what you have. Better brakes. Lights, turn signals, no pedals, more supportive seat. I am not going to part out my motorized roadbike that transforms me into superman on the bike. Its too much fun. My ebike weighs about 40 lbs....20 lbs for the bike and 20 lbs for the battery and motor. I can pick it up easily and I am no longer young. I can even still maneuver a 80 lb ebike. Your bike although very cool is a little heavier than what I want. But no question, the power of your bike, suspension to take the speed...what a hoot it much be to ride. Thanks for sharing your perspective and teaching us how to build a cool bike like you have.
Hello thank for watching, that road bike sounds like a lot of fun it must surprise a lot of people. I am keeping my eyes open for an aluminum or chromoly steel tube style frame design I feel it would be much lighter and stronger than this flat steel type frame.
7:35 is the exact reason I went with the cs20 and the 17” wheel eventho I am 6”3, easier to take upstairs and load into my highlander …. The cs20 is the lighter frame since IT’s aluminum I got a 5000/8000w motor, fardriver 150a and 50ah Samsung cells 200a BMS battery shipped to NY for 3100$ …. Very excited!!!! But I have to wait 50 days 😭
Best ebike for me is 3, 1 fast hub drive like an enduro. 2 mid drive mountain bike. 3 small folding ebike. I have all 3 but the one I use the most is mid drive because it's mostly riding for fun off road.
3 months ago I bought the 72V 12,000W Enduro for $4,400 because of a few minor mods. Maybe the price has gone up? It's supposed to be off the west coast on a ship right now and here next week by Fedex. We'll see. I feel like I've been waiting forever. I'm only 150lbs so I'm expecting to hit the 60 to 70mph.... but more importantly I'm hoping for decent range. I hope to get over 60 miles on a full charge. Part of my upgrade is the 5 levels of pedal assist.... I'll definitely be pedaling as much as I can. I also added the alarm, key fob, front and rear lights and GPS tracker.
@@heroryan7859 It arrived 2 days ago. I paid for it on Sept 6th! When they've built the bike (in China) they send you photos and a short video of your bike so you can see it and approve it. Pretty cool, but then they take it to pieces again which makes no sense. It arrived in 4 boxes so I spent 6 hours in my garage putting it back together. I had contacted Enduro last month and they said when it arrives you only have to install the front forks and front wheel and connect the battery. Nope. I had to - install front fork and front wheel, attach the front brake caliper and cable, attach handle bar, front light, front horn/alarm, pedals, seat, rear lights, install battery and connect all the wiring which is color coded. The battery was super heavy and a really tight fit into the bike. You get no instructions, Enduro said 'watch the videos on our website' but IMO they're not very good. Important point - the battery had 71% charge when I put the bike together and when I connected the charger it wouldn't charge. I contacted Enduro and they said the charger might be set to 220V??? There's tiny pink switch that you need to flick to 110V! You need a screw driver because the switch is inside the charger housing, but easy to switch to 110V . I just wish I'd known that if they'd provided instructions. Due to bad weather where I live I only rode 1 mile yesterday LOL and the bike scared the crap out of me! It's way too fast. This is a motorbike! I've had 3 gas motorbikes in the past and this ebike is way faster on acceleration. Once it's moving at say 5mph it takes off. I advise putting the power assist on manual and set it to level 1. I had it on auto and when I turned the throttle I flew down the road! It was terrifying, I didn't expect that kind of acceleration. It's like driving a Tesla, the power is right there. I'm also wearing a DOT motorcycle helmet (pudding bowl style). Be safe! I'll get use to the power and I know it's going to be awesome. $4300 is a lot of money but this is a lot of bike. I'll be using it to visit friends and the odd trips to the store for a few items. Oh, I like the key fob which controls the lock/alarm - it's very loud, the horn too. Let me know if you have other questions. 👍
That new mantis bike for 3k is 😧 crazy... Could you build it for that as consumer? And its known brand... Maybe this will force other companies to compete... I would love to build my own but that rrar mantis is tempting... It will get police attention tho... Love your content 👍
The video was extremely helpful to me. I ended up buying one of these (pre-made) from ENDURO ebikes after a small windfall of cash. I looked at every other manufacturer of these enduro-style ebikes and just kept coming back to ENDURO based on their cost effectiveness and many build options on their website. Everything else was thousands more expensive and less powerful with seemingly fewer options. And since I only want it for short commutes, light trails and weekend rides this just made sense. Thanks for your time and effort to make this video.
@@samjohnson517 oh i see i was checking out your build video ! I was thinking of getting a surron again but something interested me about this stealth builds, just need to digest more info about parts and as you say, those which fit my liking n needs
I was told by Enduro that I couldn't have a colour screen on my 8000 w . But I see you have a more powerful bike . Where can I get a colour screen for mine? Thanks
Keep in mind the wattage is going to be determined pretty much by the battery only so the 5000w e-bike with the 72 volt 150 amp battery they sell will have over 11000 watts using the 150 amp controller of course.
@@samjohnson517 Ok! the zoom fork is still able to be used with those tires? I asked a vendor in alibaba and they said that they will change to KKE shocks in that case (if not using the default 26*2.6) Do you know the difference/pros/cons between the KKE vs. zoom ?
@@AbcAbc-k3u9x hello the tire is shinko 241 it works with the zoom fork on my 19 inch motorcycle wheels, the diameter is pretty close to a 26-inch bicycle tire as far as the comparison between zoom and kke I cannot tell you I have never used kke probably going to be similar to the DNM which stands for does not move lol all of these cheap forks are what they are so if you want good quality forks you're going to have to spend some money or deal with the locking up and noise issues and everything that goes along with them but you can always upgrade later

Hello and many thanks for your videos that gave me the idea to build my own. One question, surely stupid, why are there pedals, chain and else on those models because it is unusefull to make it work. Is it a legal reason so that it is better to look like a bike more than a motorcycle ? Or else ? Thanks a lot and best regards from France 🇫🇷
Hello and thank you for watching, the pedals are basically footpegs, you never really use them., They are there just to make the bike legal to ride on the road.
I am thinking about getting one is it worth it? And is it really 500 Charges to re-charge? Would you recommend it to a Beginner rider, How many miles of long range can you go max? On that 12000w, I been told is can go 60 miles max and top out at 76mph of speed

what we did and alot of others is to toss out the small cover underneath and make a custom alloy of acrylic one that can put the controller in ,weve managed to fit a svmc72150 and a svmc7245 both unlocked versions underneath ,with some strategic trimming of the cases, that way it leaves space for battery i managed to get a 20s by 20p battery and also 82 volt supa capacitor bank inside the frame ,it just took abit of time to work it out , the battery and the controllers are also submersion cooled by 3m novec dilectric fluid ,which makes the battery fire proof
the biggest difference was changed sided covers and cut huge amounts of steel out and re welded everything properly in the end weve manage to shave nearly 50% of the weight of the frame when it came in the box.
the front motor makes of the mark accelaration ,insane the launch timer connects its throttle signal for 10-15 second till rear is at suffient rpm ,we used bafang 750 on the front and a limited build motor from crystalyte ,itll go close to 100mph top speed ,but not a hope in hell would i try it.
im going to make all the electrics plans and pcb files ,and code for electric gear shifters and traction control available for free so people can build themit all runs on a raspberry pi ,with can sheild and can nodes on all accesories and controls
also concider getting a shlumf drive like i did ,i found a good second hand one ,and now im actually able to pedal the bike without the motor on,and lets you pedal nearly up to like 70 to 80 kilometers per hour
@@eastwood111 why would your battery get warmer than your controller?,I don't doubt the sabvotron controllers dissipate heat well but if your battery is producing more heat than your controller then you have a ticking time bomb under you
Ultimately I think it would be better to mount the controller outside so it can get into the air, unless you have some issues with water. The controller does run pretty cool, but I'm considering having some slots cut in the side panels where the controller is mounted.
@@fortunefiderikumo You doubt it dissipates heat well how about actual facts. I have many sabvoton controllers and none of them get warm even when pushed to the max. All battery packs get warm under high current regardless of the cells. A warm battery is not a ticking time bomb, excessive heat is a ticking time bomb
i am very new to e-bikes and thinking whether or not i should buy or build one myself, the Stealth P-7R is a 3.7kw e bike that weights only 63 pounds, has a 100 mile range, and a decent speed of 28 mph, what exactly makes your bike a whopping 3 times heavier?
Well that's kind of the trade-off between a 3.7 KW 28mph bike and a 12 KW 66mph bike, the larger components the motor the battery and besides that I think I have the heaviest frame on the market so if you build one you could definitely find a lighter frame. But if you want the kind of power like I have you're going to be heavy
@@TheGamingChad. the motor would weight more and the bike would go slower that motor is only a rating it just depends on what you put into it I pump 12,000 Watts through my 5,000 watt motor
@@samjohnson517 how much would the weight difference be between a 8kw e bike compared to a 12kw? also, what happends if you don't install a controller?
I can't really answer that question there's just too many factors involved starting with the basics your battery puts out the power to the controller the controller takes that power and sends it to the motor, for the most part batteries and motors are heavy so the bigger the motor the bigger the battery the more weight you carry but there our other factors like the type of frame you're using the frame is made out of the forks the wheelsn
@@burnthedead13 I am 5'8 and I am barely flat-footed (both feet flat at a stop ) when it sags from the weight of sitting on it. try a mountain bike with an extra large frame and you'll get an idea. I just ordered the frame…my normal MTB had the shock inside…but was way too high, the drop out was way too small, and reversing the suspension was way too sketchy…I ended up taking the 3000w off the normal EUROBIKE and putting it back together…I do worry of a 27.5 inch will fit the frame…I was gonna cannibalize it, but I have another bike with a Derailer, and crank shaft….I’m gonna put a 1000w kit on it and sell it’ it will be easy to sell due to the looks’ and it will be below &1200. The only thing it will be missing is it’s front tire….I will purchase a front wheel drive. The stealth bomber frame will be using aftermarket handle bars, fork, suspension, and brakes…make $1200 for the normal euro bike…and purchase a good battery….with money left over to convert a beach cruiser to 750 watts, and sell that for $650. I have a buisness in selling gas and electric….but I’m no longer doing gas, there a headache, and no matter how good you do a conversation….a idiot always seem to break them’ I had one guy comeback with a flat tire’ never sell a gas bike to a person who wants to use them for transportation….gas bikes should only be used as a hobby.

Great video, I agree with on almost all points. I love my 134v #HellbirdBanditBike, a Trans Am inspired Electric Enduro(王) frame, but it’s about 200lbs and because it stands out, you have to keep your eye on it all the time and have to be mindful around police.
With those 24ah 52V traingle frame batteries, would it be considerably better to convert an enduro / full suspension mtb to ebike instead of with the enduro frame?
This bike is pretty versatile in that way I would say about 5'6 5'7 you might start to have issues reaching the ground but you probably go all the way to 6'5 6'6
@@ktg843 you might have to touch the ground with one foot or something, it's kind of like an extra large mountain bike frame. If you watch my build video I actually compare it to a med mountain bike I think you should try one
Hello, in 1700 miles the only thing I've changed is the brake pads there's not much maintenance to do when you think about it, the chain sprocket and cranks do not get used much at all.
con for me is cost and availability of a battery that will get these things up to their true potential, I paid £600 for a 40ah battery that can only put out 50 amps, and the capacity I can draw from the battery is closer to 30 amp hours than 40 it seems. Sur Rons and Onyx and Delfast are so lucky because they get a professionally made battery with samsung or LG or panasonic cells for a reasonable price.
Hello, that is so true the battery is very difficult to find that is why I ended up building my own. This one looks promising 150amp www.enduroebike.com/Samsung_30q_72V36AH_150A_discharge_high_drain_lithium_battery_pack
Well first of all you could go with a longer rear shock and then of course move the fork tubes down as far as you can that would raise the overall height of the bike and then just whatever handlebars and stem you're comfortable with
Hello no I have not had overheating problems. The motor will get hot if I hold it wide open for long periods of time but not to the point where it shuts down or anything like that
I've found on average a rider gets approx 1 mile distance for every amp hour if you cruise around 15mph on a flat half decent day, and that's an adult.

I use similiar ebike 2 years. Truth well told. All in all its awesome!
Please can you gift one to me🥺
I just got my 72v 5000w Stealth Bomber enduro e bike. Has plenty of power. This thing is super fun to drive. I got 90 miles off one full charge!!
Which battery you have ?
just took my rcr on its first ride today this thing is dope im so glad i decided to get the 41ah battery when the original 23 didnt work after sitting for a year
I finished my bike a week ago. The speed is absolutely insane. And for having such small brakes it slowes down pretty well to.
Nice! Video coming soon?
Sam you are smart man. It's nice to listen to you.
The cs20 is the lighter frame since IT’s aluminum
I got a 5000/8000w motor, fardriver 150a and 50ah Samsung cells 200a BMS battery shipped to NY for 3100$ …. Very excited!!!! But I have to wait 50 days 😭
Best ebike for me is 3,
1 fast hub drive like an enduro.
2 mid drive mountain bike.
3 small folding ebike.
I have all 3 but the one I use the most is mid drive because it's mostly riding for fun off road.
Yeah I love my mid drive and take it over a loud hub motor
The forks are beautiful, looks like a future jump stunt bike, it doesn't get any better for a fun machine
I want to do the same. How is it?
@@Nigol66 which company did you use from china, and how long did it take for it to come in?

Riding hard offroad on zoom forks 💀. This guy is insane. Great video.
I had my fingers crossed lol
The video was extremely helpful to me. I ended up buying one of these (pre-made) from ENDURO ebikes after a small windfall of cash. I looked at every other manufacturer of these enduro-style ebikes and just kept coming back to ENDURO based on their cost effectiveness and many build options on their website. Everything else was thousands more expensive and less powerful with seemingly fewer options. And since I only want it for short commutes, light trails and weekend rides this just made sense. Thanks for your time and effort to make this video.
I go to the Eduro bikes site where are the other models ? Which one did you get? If you can share your experience!
Hello I built mine, I did not buy one from Enduro ebikes
@@samjohnson517 oh i see i was checking out your build video ! I was thinking of getting a surron again but something interested me about this stealth builds, just need to digest more info about parts and as you say, those which fit my liking n needs
I was told by Enduro that I couldn't have a colour screen on my 8000 w . But I see you have a more powerful bike . Where can I get a colour screen for mine? Thanks
That is strange, the website shows the 8000w bike with a color screen maybe they are out of them or something I'm not sure.
Keep in mind the wattage is going to be determined pretty much by the battery only so the 5000w e-bike with the 72 volt 150 amp battery they sell will have over 11000 watts using the 150 amp controller of course.
Hey buddy! I am looking into buying one of these of alibaba. What is the dimension of the tyres in this video? Im assuming 26", but the width?
Hello they are size 2.75 x 19
@@samjohnson517 Ok! the zoom fork is still able to be used with those tires? I asked a vendor in alibaba and they said that they will change to KKE shocks in that case (if not using the default 26*2.6)
Do you know the difference/pros/cons between the KKE vs.
How tall is the seat height? Can the bike be lowered through suspension and smaller tire/wheel combo for more street oriented use?
I order the 72v 56ah, 15000w around two weeks ago! I purchased it from the Chung Electric from China

On that 12000w, I been told is can go 60 miles max and top out at 76mph of speed

nice video very informative .im building an enduro but realise its not going to be my everyday comute convenient bike so ill be keeping my 52v 2000w aluminium full air suspension bike its fast does 40mph easy but light .but ive now bought a third bike its in the middle tbh its a full sespension downhill bike with huge travel suspension marzochi super ts .and making it 3000 to with 72 volt so that one might make the enduro redundent tbh .or i keep all 3
what we did and alot of others is to toss out the small cover underneath and make a custom alloy of acrylic one that can put the controller in ,weve managed to fit a svmc72150 and a svmc7245 both unlocked versions underneath ,with some strategic trimming of the cases, that way it leaves space for battery i managed to get a 20s by 20p battery and also 82 volt supa capacitor bank inside the frame ,it just took abit of time to work it out ,
the battery and the controllers are also submersion cooled by 3m novec dilectric fluid ,which makes the battery fire proof
the biggest difference was changed sided covers and cut huge amounts of steel out and re welded everything properly in the end weve manage to shave nearly 50% of the weight of the frame when it came in the box.
the front motor makes of the mark accelaration ,insane the launch timer connects its throttle signal for 10-15 second till rear is at suffient rpm ,we used bafang 750 on the front and a limited build motor from crystalyte ,itll go close to 100mph top speed ,but not a hope in hell would i try it.
im going to make all the electrics plans and pcb files ,and code for electric gear shifters and traction control available for free so people can build themit all runs on a raspberry pi ,with can sheild and can nodes on all accesories and controls
also concider getting a shlumf drive like i did ,i found a good second hand one ,and now im actually able to pedal the bike without the motor on,and lets you pedal nearly up to like 70 to 80 kilometers per hour

Great video 👍, do u have a link for where you ordered your bike
Hello I ordered all the parts and then put it together this video has links to the parts that I used
ruclips.net/video/HZ7lAXzMLag/видео.html
Do u feel that this bike is heavy?
Hey does the controller heat not affect your battery, I'm debating whether to mount inside or at the bottom of the frame
It’s the other way around. The battery is going to get warmer than the controller. Especially Sabvoton controllers they run really cool
@@fortunefiderikumo
You doubt it dissipates heat well how about actual facts. I have many sabvoton controllers and none of them get warm even when pushed to the max. All battery packs get warm under high current regardless of the cells. A warm battery is not a ticking time bomb, excessive heat is a ticking time bomb
@@eastwood111 you cant read or what? i said I know the sabvoton controller dissipates heat well
Weight and stability at speed are mutually exclusive (most of the time).
Do You have the links to all the parts that go into building the complete bike
My Enduro ebike review and Enduro e-bike build videos have them but most of them are expired now because it's been so long
you can even get a 20s by 20p battery in there it depends on cell orientation, but youd need to build your own battery
Hi. Please tell me, what size of tires ?
Hello they are 2.75x19 Shinko 241
i am very new to e-bikes and thinking whether or not i should buy or build one myself, the Stealth P-7R is a 3.7kw e bike that weights only 63 pounds, has a 100 mile range, and a decent speed of 28 mph, what exactly makes your bike a whopping 3 times heavier?
Well that's kind of the trade-off between a 3.7 KW 28mph bike and a 12 KW 66mph bike, the larger components the motor the battery and besides that I think I have the heaviest frame on the market so if you build one you could definitely find a lighter frame. But if you want the kind of power like I have you're going to be heavy
@@samjohnson517 what happends if you put a 12000 watt motor on the Stealth P-7R and keep the stock lightweight battery? or that's not how it works?
I'm 5'4..could I comfortably ride this?
@@burnthedead13 I am 5'8 and I am barely flat-footed (both feet flat at a stop ) when it sags from the weight of sitting on it. try a mountain bike with an extra large frame and you'll get an idea. You can ride it it's just that when you stop you're probably going to lean over a little and use one leg to hold it up.
I have a buisness in selling gas and electric….but I’m no longer doing gas, there a headache, and no matter how good you do a conversation….a idiot always seem to break them’ I had one guy comeback with a flat tire’ never sell a gas bike to a person who wants to use them for transportation….gas bikes should only be used as a hobby.

yeah i feel like there's a point where it just becomes dumb to spend so much on an ebike when motorcycles are wayyy faster and more fun
Just bought 1 45ah 72v 12000w 2600$
It's feel like a motorcycle

Liked & subscribed! I'm 6'5, do you think I'd be a good fit on it?
I think you would be fine it's about the size of an XL mountain bike I am 5' 8" using a190mm rear shock I have my seat post all the way down as far as I can go and I'm just barely flat-footed
@@samjohnson517 Awesome to know. Thank you. What was the name of the company that you went through?
@@Tommy_Irish for the motor controller kit it was a company called Ncycle they're on Alibaba and AliExpress if you buy a controller/motor kit don't forget to add the front wheel because it's a pain to get it later
3.5T has exactly same torque capability than 5T, just takes a stronger battery and controller
Great video! Yes there’s definitely some Karen’s out there male and female lol
Virtually all your cons can be mitigated with carbon fiber... if only there was an Enduro carbon fiber frame :(
Sounds like the only con is how heavy the frame is
G want to sell it? I would love to have one
Running into Karens. Put it in the pro list 🙃🙂
Because welling it's not good. it's need to be better job inside the frame
How you avoid the cops see you go 40km
