    Hi madam i am working in southern railway as aa assistant loco pilot so our nature of duty some time in day and some times in night (out of 7 days 4 days are in night and 3 days are in the morning) even if i am working in night shift almost 8 to 10 hours ,i am not getting sleep in that particular day shift,my body asking rest but my mind not ready to take rest ,is not it any problem toe madam??

    Dr I m in Europe. Here we usually don't see sun in winter times. So here we cannot distinguish between day and night. It means your advice about sleep in nights doesn't suit here
