Hi! Thanks for your video! I’m from Mexico, I watched it last year when I applied for the graduate program (London). I made all the way to the technical interview and received an email from an early career advisor saying I did well and providing the dates for the assessment (in case I was invited). Weeks later I received another email saying the assessment was delayed, a few weeks later another one that said something about the number of roles and demand meaning I was not accepted. I requested feedback but didn’t get it. Any tips? Do you think my geographic location was a cons (I live in Mexico and the position was in London)?
I'm worried that i will be given questions that are very similar to each other. What motivated you to join BP, Why do you want to work in the energy industry? Why did you apply for this role?, What prior experience do you have which would make you suitable for the job role? How do your qualifications help you in this job role?. What do i do if i get ones like this, i dont want to sound like im repeating myself.

@@satar_m I had applied for one of the graduate programs. I don’t wanna give you exact questions cos then you will prepare for only those or concentrate more on those. Can be a huge disadvantage for you. But yes prepare on points like - Your passion for BP, your past experience in working as a team, personality development experiences you’ve had. Be honest with your answers and keep a smile on your face while giving these answers. Make sure you search for BP’s values. And focus on them obviously. You’d be fine. Best of luck.
I had applied for bp graduate digital trainee pune india i have given online assessment test on 16 feb but haven't received any update since then how long does it take for the whole process to take place

Hi JRE, post the HireVue interview, how long do they take to respond? Any idea? Mine went well and been 6 days since. It’s Christmas time too right?
What was the role? And what were the questions?
