    Why did you get out of the 2nd train to start it? Train turned red and you did something but nothing in the video showed anything.

    Run8 should have the starting stand on the SD40-2 and battery knife.

    I know that this is a sim, but in the real world I was told that it's not a good idea to rev a cold engine. Is this true?

      max rpm is usually around 900-1000 on these engines, that's lower then what your car idiles at

    CSX never used SD40s realistically. CSX used SD45-2s, SD40-2s, SD40-3s, SD50s, SD60s, and various SD70s and SD80MACs.
