There is no such thing as Alberta Caviar from California. Sterling Caviar is the oldest and largest caviar producer in the U.S. and they were the first in the world to commercially product farm-raised caviar. The company only spawns and raises White Sturgeon, so they only sell White Sturgeon caviar (why would you refer to it as Transmontanus caviar?). However, they are located in Elverta, CA. Another caviar company has made up the name "Alberta Caviar", claiming it's from California and trying off the coat tails of Sterling Caviar's location in Elverta. They are openly misleading consumers. There's so much misinformation in this video. :-(
