Caviar is a very useful product, I completely agree with you! By the way, if you are interested in a proven brand of caviar, then this is definitely Lemberg! Really natural caviar without preservatives, for a reasonable price.
We bring groceries worth $70 every month. So... 50g of this is equivalent to 4 and a half months of our food 😂 Btw I'm from India so things cheap here 😅

The russian people just give the fish a drug to make it feel dizzy and then cut it open, take the caviar out sew it like a doctor and let the fish cure. With this method they harvest 12 times the caviar from the fish, so it is definitifly not nessasary to kill the fish for harvest.
Imgaine if these eggs wouldn't be ate like this how many fish they would produce and how many hungry humans and animals would be served by that in this hungry world🤔🤔
Caviar harvesting literally began in this part of the world. Iran was once the 2nd largest producer and exporter and still today is one of the biggest producer/exporter. Wooden spoons are prone to developing bacteria so over time more likely to taint the flavor. So I'm afraid your notion is a myth.
one thing you should know is that you never serve caviar with silver spoon... that's a No NO.. you need to serve it with mother of pearl spoon. as the eggs are so sensitive .. you just kill the whole thing.. and also mind you that size does matter.. lol.. the bigger the eggs the more expensive the caviar

Iranian caviar is quite nice, but the best caviar is Dutch, real, silky soft and slightly salty.
