Best dang video I’ve seen all week man. Too many push-ups limited flexibility I thought my wrist was going to fall off. Forearms we’re just tight I guess
Will this work for a small wrist ganglion cyst? I read that eventually it may go away on its own after 18 months, but I'm scared if it grows in size and was hoping to see if massage would help to get rid of it/ prevent it from growing? Also how often should one do this. i wanna try it.
Would this apply as well to elbow pain, since it also involves that whole forearm area? Also: There's the problem of curing an existing issue, and then there's the problem of preventing it ever happening again. On some video, I saw a reference to your corefist wrist band, though I didn't see that available on your website (strangely, you did have a T-shirt and hat with that on it). Is that relevant to either of these issues? And by the way: I'm fascinated with the rolling rope concept. You offer, on your website, regular speed ropes in addition to the sort of handle-free rolling ropes (in regular and thicker versions). Does that imply that rolling can be done quite well with ordinary jump ropes? (I realize that the Buddy Lee ropes aren't exactly "ordinary," but you know what I mean.) Thanks, Dave. You have a lot of great ideas.
Yes, it can certainly apply to elbow pain as well. The same principle is at work - the pain may be in the wrist or elbow and muscles and tendons outside of those joints may be contributing to it. The CoreFIST wrist band is primarily used for stretching and strengthening the fingers/hands to facilitate a tighter more integrated CoreFIST primarily. We have a new product coming out soon call the CoreFIST Wrap the helps you form and use a CoreFIST by securing your hand in the correct position. Learning to make the CoreFIST will help you achieve more balanced and fluid action through the shoulders and can help prevent injuries. It will also increase the stability of your wrists helping to protect them from injury while punching. We are rebranding “Rolling Ropes” as WeckMethod RMT Ropes. Through years of training athletes and people of all ages and abilities, the training has become more systematized, but it is based upon the same fundamental patterns and the idea that not jumping forces you to go Right and/or Left. This accelerates your Rotational Movement skills, provides safe low impact conditioning and will allow you to take jumping rope to far higher levels. Regarding which ropes work well - many do but some don’t. Every rope provides a different “frequency” by its unique weight, length, diameter and material. The handle-free ropes we sell are ideal for learning the patterns because they provide the ideal feedback that helps educate your body faster and more easily than a high performance speed rope for example. The better you become with the patterns, the more options you have. The ropes that do NOT tend to work well are ones with ball bearing swivels which tend to turn and twist the rope when you do not jump. The lighter the rope, the less feedback you will feel. Speed ropes like the Buddy Lee rope move very fast (and hurt like heck when they hit you). This is why it’s best to start out with a rope-rope which gives you more feedback and is far more forgiving if the rope hits you. Hope this helps! Please let me know if I can answer any other questions. We also have a lot of exciting new things launching now which you can find on WeckMethod.com. Check out the RMT Club and new BOSU Elite, and as I stated above the CoreFIST Wrap will be available soon. In Balance & Strength, David

Hi there, we are no longer at this location and don't offer office hours to the public at this time.
