INGREDIENTS
30grams (1/4 Cup) Whole Wheat Flour (In the video I by mistake mentioned it as all purpose flour)
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
60 grams (1/2 cup) Oat (crushed)
30 grams (1/4 Cup) Chopped Walnuts/Pecans/Almonds
1 Apple (Peel and diced) + 8 grams (1tbsp) Whole Wheat Flour
175 grams Condensed Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract/Essence
120ml (1/2 cup) Vegetable Oil (Sunflower/Canola)
1tbsp = 1 tablespoon = 15ml
1 tsp = 1 teaspoon = 5ml
1 cup = 240ml

Hi Aditi, tried this recipe it came out good and taste was also nice but it was too oily, Dont you think 120 ml/half cup oil is too much for 90gms of flour what do you think, I followed the measurement by gms and not by cup.

No, all purpose flour is just plain maida. Nothin else added. Self raising flour is the one that already contains these things but make sure its written self raising flour in the package.
