Hey guys!
This color was super tricky!
We had to do a color correction but was limited on what we could do. A strand test determined we couldn’t really go lighter or use too much bleach but also she didn’t want to go darker.
That left us with balancing out the color and neutralizing the orange WHICH CAN appear darker cause it requires using a cool tone.
In the end, it was beautiful!

May I ask why did you use 9-00 and did you all the toner and put it on her hair as the same time for the toner? How long did you have to leave the toner? TIA

Beautiful job!!! I being that the hair got gummy I would do an all over Olaplex #1 20 min then 2 for 10 then start the service. Either way your work is top notch!

So you used a level 6 on the Orange? What level is her base? Hard to tell. Just curious . Looks awesome.
No she used a level 6 on certain pieces to break up some of the difference in her regrowth, and the orange pieces! It looks like her roots are a 4/5. And then she went through and deposited the 7/8/9 levels to neutralize the grassiness (:
So you mixed all those 4 toners together and applied ? Equal parts?

I’ve done lots of lighter hair colored videos and you’d be shocked to know they don’t do nearly as well as dark hair balayage. I use to upload everything until noticing what got by far more views. That being said, I also only record and edit videos depending on what services I’m doing that week. I don’t plan my content out, it’s just based off what actual clients I’m taking that day.
