Hi Georgina, you mentioned that you are using different gua shas. Which stone do you like the best? What kind of difference do you feel from using different ones?
Hi FairyDust no difference really, but my Rose Quartz and Rock Crystal are cut thinner so when my skin is feeling a little sensitive I use those. Hope this helps answering your question.
In China we will firstly do “Bo Jin” before we do Gua Sha. It’s similar technique but using different tool on face. You combine this two will get greater results.
I can’t believe you’ve used a Konsa!!! I was trained to use it at a holistic spa. We were trained by a Ayurvedic therapist. It’s such a magical tool. The bronze used is very therapeutic. I would love to see the ways you use it.
Always use moisturiser or oils so tgat the gua sha glides instead of dragging. It should not be pulling on the skin which i can see happening alot in this vid and it is making me cringe 🙈🙈🙈 also when doing the neck you go downwards towards the collar bones because thats a drainage point for fluid retension. Also hold the gua sha in a slanted position so you can achieve the "scraping but not dragging" motion. I can not stress enough though that the face should be heavily moisturised when doing this (thats why i always do it at night when i use my night cream as it is heavy). Also this can be done with the hands too if you do not have a gua sha which is a gentler option with same results and my preferred way😊

At which level should this be done Cleanse- Tone- Essence-Serum-Moisturise ? Or should the gua sha be used and then follow the skin care routine? Please advise

i‘m always using it, while having migraine! I gotta say, i couldn‘t survive a migraine attack without it. It’s not like, dissolving the migraine but it it is so helpful to endure the pain more :)
There’s not much difference cause you’re doing the jawline/neckline incorrectly. You’re supposed to do yourface first which you’re doing correctly (Not so hard though & don’t shake) and then “scrape” from your temples down to your collarbone. Always downwards towards your collarbone for draining your lymphs... which will depuff your face.
Thanks for your comment angel - I actually followed most of the moves from a couple of videos I watched to make sure I was doing it right. But either way I loved the effects ☺️
I have come to the conclusion, after MUCH CONFUSION AND DEBATE OVER THE NECK DIRECTION, that for drainage you go downwards. But for lift and ease of wrinkles you go upwards.
Do you HAVE to hold onto your chin and your skin in the place from which you start the release? Is it ok to use two guasha at the same time and do the same moves simultaneously symmetrically to save time? Eg. So you’re massaging both sides of the face at once?

Mam I came to know that before using rose quartz,we should soak it in salt water to purify it. And in one video someone told it's important to soak it for 3days in salt water just to check whether it's a real rose quartz or a coloured one. Now my question is if I soak it in salt water for such a long time, wouldn't it absorb the salt in it? And salt is not good for our skin no? So after soaking in salt water and then cleaning in tap water, would it gonna give us that glow to our skin when we will use it?
I think you shouldn't soak your guasha in salt water for a long time. In stead, wash it with warm, not hot water for cleaning purpose only. There are many fake guashas (plastic type) available in markets and people use it. Pro tip: put it on fridge and then use it. I'm not an expert but this is what I have learned from so many sources :)

I just started using gua sha too! It's so incredibly relaxing. I got the terahertz stone and am using essential oils with jojoba and rose hip oil as carriers. Joining the movement 😁
There is no difference at all-she is young and hence looks good. Try this on someone who is older.
I see a huge difference! Love it!
Fantastic demo of how to use a gua sha which I'm going to keep for reference. I have one question please. Is the tool supposed to me used cebter of neck? Every other instruction ive seen says to avoid this area due to thyroid. Would love to know if this is true or not.
Try the rose quartz facial roller! I’ve been using it for 2 weeks & already see results
Have your tight skin with gua sha plz suggest me you how use it plz reply me
@@rehillkang8561 the roller doesn't actually have much benefit except to help with puffiness reduction due to the cold application. A gua sha with a nice oil cleanser is nice
i’ve used gua sha for 2 weeks now using her methods, and i can really see the progress
From where you buy it ?
@@artglorya.k i just ordered me one from amazon
I use mine at night with some rose oil and I haven’t noticed much difference but I have some texture on my cheeks from acne scars and I feel like messaging the area helps with blood flow so hopefully it’s helping on that front
I mean… that transition at the end was just everything lol! Loved it. My skin feels relaxed from just watching this. Definitely have to get myself a Gua Sha. Thank you for this amazing content 👍🏼
a quick question, does gua sha relieve red sensitive skin? pls pls helppp anyone
I'm new to gua sha can someone help me out? WHEN in the skincare routine do you do this step (beginning / end / standalone?) / what other oil is recommended to use with it (I can't afford the one Kaushal is using). Any help is appreciated!
Your results are amazing! I would also recommend doing yoga face excerises. They work as well.
It also breaks up scar tissue, releases toxins, and promotes lymphatic drainage. Also known as Graston Technique in chiropractic.
Can you use vitamin E or coconut oil? instead those facial oil are expensive
9:47 thank me later
I’ll thank you right now
Thanks
I have a SHEIN guashua does it work too or it must be an expensive one
Curious, if you have the desire to do this for 30 days to your arms or legs to see if it smoothed out any cellulite - if you happen to have any. thanks!
Look up Dry brushing it's really good for the rest of the body, and it does help with cellulite.
Hi,
How to store this after using?
Does it need to be washed & dried?
Please enlighten.
Thank you!
Great video, thank you lovely! Amazing the difference in a month, can you imagine doing that all your youth. No wonder the Asian community age so well! 😎
Is it really the gua sha which gave your face so much dimension and made it look even more slimmer!!😯
Thank you for showing the step-by-step process and for carrying out your experiment in a scientific fashion. Very helpful!
I love your tutorials 😊 Do you know the roller is for what exactly? Bye thanks 🇨🇦
Definitely adding this to my routine.
I dont think you're supposed to use it everyday let alone twice a day!! 🤔
Yesss omg this pissed me offf 😭☠️
@@meeraarora3775 haha yes
My friend started doing gua sha every morning and evening. Morning with vitamin c serum. Evening with - I think rice oil. She does 10 (not just 5) of each stroke, every morning and every night. It didn’t change her skin overnight, but she now looks SIGNIFICANTLY younger!!
At which level should this be done
Cleanse- Tone- Essence-Serum-Moisturise
?
Or should the gua sha be used and then follow the skin care routine? Please advise
Can I use both sandalwood oil + almond oil on face before using guasha on face . I have laugh lines and wrinkles .
When to use it before bath or after bath? Do I ve to wash face every time after use this? Pls answer someone.....
You look soo beautiful
What is name oil?🙏🏼
Thank you for share 💖
OMG ...
Your smile.... Is soooo pretty.
I m wondering how I ignored your video and recanted when I searched for guasha 10 mins before. Your face in thumbnail didn't attract me that much...
But ... I started watching I felt ...Ohh ... Girl you don't need to do anything you already got a Prettiest smile.
I have gua sha rose quartz I've just started doing this I'll be checking my results at the end of the month. Your results look really good 👌👍
How's the results? I just bought gua sha and want to try
How's it going? I just bought one
It's going well but you have to be persistent
Amiga, una pregunta ?? Que usa crema ó Sarum aceites??? Porfiiiii Gracias
Are you supposed to use it with a serum or oil? What serum do you recommend?
Anything u have just make sure ur face isn't dry while using gua sha
@@Lavishbrar-lh7tr would you recommend moisturizing the face before using the tool, or no?
@@profoundlymorose
Wash your face and moisturize it or use any oil you prefer then do gua sha. Also keep your hands clean :)
Serum or oil is fine. If you have oily skin then stick to a serum
Yes! Kansa wand! I have one and I’m wondering how compares and which one is better for REVERSING signs of aging (you are young and beautiful)
Are you supposed to finish your skincare afterwards or do you apply your creams and then oil and follow with the Gus sha?
If you do the Gua sha exercise for a while and there’s fantastic results but if you stop using the gua dha will the results still be there for at least a while? How long if u don’t mind answering, very curious.
You have to hold your skin with the other hand and do a little shake at the end. You would’ve seen way more results.😭
My face is puffy I lost wieght sometimes I can see it puffy , will definitely try this love quartz!! Thanks for sharing this video.
What are your views for Kansa Gua sha instead of Rose Gua sha, as it is unbreakable and made of copper?
Of what material or which stone is that made up of gua sga, As in messaging some stones are used after steam scrub and oil Some stones are heat generating which circulates blood while some are cool in nature And bath
So gua sha or jade roller stone is real or not
And how to recognise its originality?
Dear can we use guaSha stone for slimming nose❤?
just ordered a kit, I cant wait to try! I'm hoping this helps with my migraines
i‘m always using it, while having migraine!
@@alexagg7640😂😂😂
Hi beauty can you tell me what is best I mean to ask Jade roller or gua sha in use.
Do you HAVE to hold onto your chin and your skin in the place from which you start the release?
Is it ok to use two guasha at the same time and do the same moves simultaneously symmetrically to save time? Eg. So you’re massaging both sides of the face at once?
Is no one going to say how much skincare she had in the background.
Yes so true .... 😆😆😆
What a coincidence I bought it few weeks ago and this video pops up. The universe really knows what it's doing. This was an amazing video. Loved it.
It's not the universe. It's the seo on your phone which recommends videos and stuff based on everything they see you do with your phone and any other device attached to your phone. Ie. Bank cards
@@u7617 True also anything you talk about.
I remember reading something where a lady was cleaning out a storage unit & saw some Disney ornaments. Said she got back to work shortly after-didn’t even mention it once and there was an ad on her computer for them.
Is rose quarts or jade better? Or does it now even mattet
Do I need to use a oil face first ? Or is enough if I do it after the tonic or the serum ?
In just one week my acne started going away. I wasn’t even using it for that reason. 😂
You are sooo Beautiful! I've never used a Gua sha but now I'm curious! Well done on being consistent with this!
Wow the difference, after you did only half your face 😅 I shocked 5:53
Can we use alovera for massaging our face?
Your face has been tranfomed to more skinner and more define. Good job!! Thank you sharing your expreiences.
hey Bella. does this really work and is this the best one to purchase
Mam plz tell me is the edges of gua sharp sharp..?? And can i use it on acne prone skin..plzz reply
Am I supposed to put upward or downward strokes on neck area? Different people show Different strokes for neck.
Am I the only one who likes puffy faces? 🤔😂 I think it makes people look younger and more glowy. My favorite time of the day is precisely the morning because my face is super puffy.
Is it for skinny faces or not?
@@mqw-05-arfakashif75 gua Sha? It doesn't make your face skinny, it just removes excess water from it that get stuck there (there's a name for this but I forgot)
@@eduardaarrais gets rid of water retention
Yea, I like puffy faces, too. They do make people look younger and glowy. I have a skinny face but still want to use gua sha for lymphatic drainage. It is my sole purpose and not to make it skinny.
Depends on your face shape. Puffiness can make your face look too wide or round
Can we use moisturer before use Gua Sha and jade roller?
A dermatologist said it does nothing for collagen production and the stone is actually porous and can absorb your product making it less affective
And for the lip area how it use, around the lips and lip sides for lifting and tighten lips???????? Please do answer
How to keep hygiene in track while using gua sha... do u clean every time you used it? If yes, then mention the cleanser
