SOME CLIPS IN THIS VIDEO HAVE BEEN EDITED USING CONTENT FROM OTHER FLIGHTS AND DO NOT NECESSARILY REFLECT THE ACTUAL FLIGHT ON THE DAY
I fly the A220. Its amazing how similar the cockpits look alike.
I know, almost identical. A220 is a lovely aircraft
i fly the piper 100i; its amazing how much i want to hop in the cockpit of a jet……… *fucking cries*
The Airbus A220 is in essence the Bombardier CS100/CS300 so that is no surprise. I love to see this cockpit still having the Bombardier looks and feel. Downside is that some still call it the "Wannabe Airbus". Nah, remain as it is, be it sold under a different brand.
It's great to see a European corporate pilots day. Every video on RUclips seems to be American when it comes to this topic.
You've earned a subscriber from me ! I'm a flight instructor primarily teaching PPL and instrument ratings I also do fun and experience flights for new people who just want to go up in a light aircraft. I have a lot of hours of single engine but have thought about corporate flying in Europe for a while now. I'm based in hawarden airport near chester at the moment flying mainly the PA 38 Tomahawk.
I do have a question: Is your home life balance very good, I have a young family, so I wouldn't want to be away for very long periods.
Great content and keep up the good work, fair winds, and smooth skies, my friend. 👍
Hi James, thank you for watching and subscribing to my content. It's really appreciated. We've all been where you are now and won't be long before you're working unless you're already there.
The job I have works for me and my young family. There are a lot of corporate jobs that have different roster patterns. 1 month on 1 month off, week on week off and so on. It's finding something that works for you. The flying is fun as you end up at a lot of airfields you would never land with an airliner.
I wouldn't change what I do, and hope you find something soon that works for you and your family. Fly safe 👍🏻
@Scott Barclay thanks for the reply, Scott. I'm full-time with the flying/experience school I work for, and I enjoy flying the lighter aircraft. I just landed a job with APEM aviation flying full-time aerial surveys, and the like will miss my little tomahawk to he honest, but the chance to fly turbo props isnt a oppotunity I can refuse. will deffinetly look into the corporate world sometime in the future . Thanks for the help as I said fair winds and blue sky's my friend.
Hi sir can you please guide me on how to become a corporate pilot. I am currently employed as avionics technician
2:32 that was an amazing transition
Thanks, It's enjoyable to find new ways to improve on the content as you film
Good job, love it!
hello,thx for video!!have a great night!
Hi, thank you for the comment and watching the video. It's very much appreciated.
Lovely vlog!!
Watching from Brazil. 🇧🇷
Amazing, thank you for watching and leaving a comment. Very much appreciated
As a PPL student I'm yet to try Albenga, but this kind of landing on an un-controlled airspace with the Global looks sick😎
You have to try it. It's a great airfield to fly into. It's very scenic. Not the easiest when there is a 30knot crosswind. Are you close to finishing your PPL? Are you aiming to get your commercial?
loves this video. even thought i am 49 i am trying to become a pilot. i would rather be corporate pilot than airline. so thanks for the motivation.
Really happy you enjoyed the content. I've always been corporate, and happy with my choice. Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment. My goal is to give a little inspiration to those training or want to become a pilot. I'm in the process of doing a "how I became a pilot" vlog as a better understanding for some. Keep flying 👍🏻
Great Stuff, look forward to more, keep up the good work!
Thank you very much for watching and the positive feedback
Outstanding! More please 😁
More to come!
I love corporate jets and it's difficult to find this kind of content. Thank you for sharing this with us and please keep going.
Thank you for the kind comment. I will keep sharing as much as I can 👍🏻
Beautiful plane ✈️
It's great to fly and has taken me to some amazing places around the world 🌎
Outstanding video! New subscriber
That's very kind of you to say. Thank you for taking the time to watch my videos, it really appreciated
Nice one❤
Thank you 🙏
Great video thanks for taking the time to produce it. Out of curiosity what does deicing cost for this aircraft and what would it cost for a Dreamliner?
Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment. Deicing cost can vary depending on the country and airport and deicing company. Sometimes they charge per litre or they can charge a flat fee no matter the size of aircraft. Weather your a Dreamliner or a small light piston aircraft
It can become very expensive depending on weather conditions and how long you have been parked for the ice to build
Can you fly the Global 5000 continuously for about 9 hours with a payload of around 2000 pounds?
Hasn’t had an update in 5 months. Why would this get recommended to me? 🙄🤷🏼♂️
What is the maximum flight level a plane can fly without the cabin being pressurised ?
An aircraft can operate at cruising altitude without being pressurised. The limitations are with the crew and passengers. Operating around FL150 without being pressurised would be ok
I wish I was younger than 59 as retirement is 65, I’d go for a flying career, but I’m way too old.
Retirement has changed drastically over the years. I am of the understanding that you can still fly as long as you have a valid medical in accordance to your age. You just can not operate a captain, you can however still fly from the right seat as multi crew co pilot. I've flown with pilots close to 70
Yeah 65 is the Airline retirement age, but for Part 135 flying which is typically corporate, you can fly as long as you have a valid medical.
I'm in the same boat: 59yrs old, too old for an airline. I'm planning on flying part 91/135 charters at the end of the year. 😂
@@aviator_nic2043 That's awesome. God for him... following his dream.
Why do u park the plane in Europe and not uk?
It's a European company that have the aircraft based there. We travel to and from London when we need to fly
