Also see if it works well for you if you can also add anjeer( dried figs) . It'll make the binding better. About 10 pieces of anjeer along with the dates in the mixie I love the crackle the seeds of the figs make in the mouth

Healthy and delicious are the only words!! I mean who would think that a combination of these seeds would be so useful. I recently advised my sister to try this recipe and believe the result was amazing she was super happy after seeing the health benefits. She actually used the seeds from True Elements and she loved the quality as well.

I really didn't expect white sugar but expected a natural sweet replacement that's healthy and won't let this taste like a diet treat. This is an excellent recipe and yes, there is no (harmful) sugar in it, only healthy sugars as it was given to us in the first place.

Mine got too soft. I think you either need to soak dates in less water or cook a bit more. Apart from that this is the extremely delicious! And in my area they come out way cheaper than similar prepacked bars, not to mention that these bars tastes million times better than those in store. We make it every now and than as a treat. 😊

The powder makes it nonsticky sir.rather than using oats as whole if we use powder it will reduce the stickiness of dates and will not stick to the paper and get to proper shape.
Because I don't know why before putting recipies out there they don't check whether something should be done or not. For example honey shouldn't be heated🤦🏻♀️
For people saying the nuts are expensive: Use sunflower and or pumpkin seeds instead. There will be other seeds you can use too. They are high in protein and energy and micro nutrients. Toast the seeds in a lightly greased frying pan to make them taste nutty.

after you cut it up to your size...you keep it in the refrigertor , in tight sealed container , stays up to one month or more , but normally granular never stay long as everyone eats it faster than plan

There is totally no need to heat or cook any of this. You can use all ingredients as they are and just mix with date to hold it together (without soaking and cooking and adding oat flour). If you soak and rehydrate the dried nuts beforehand - even better! Raw is healthier (and saves fuel and washing dishes).

Water is added in this recipe so not sure how long it will stay good. My mom always made these (and now I make) without water. If dates are chopped nicely and saute'd on nonstick pan they soften and turn into nice paste. Then add crushed dry fruits and roll laddos or bars. This stays good for at least a couple of months. I have never seen these going bad!

All of the individual ingredients are dried, except the honey (honey NEVER goes bad) which is a very effective preservation method. How longer you can store them?
Add jaggary. Jaggary has more iron to digest all these nuts dear . Don't tell any one use ghee instead of water.
Put on sunlight for 1 hours. It will be dried up. I did that

This is good, I would probably miss out the honey and salt, as it's most likely not needed and just add more date paste

Honey has a great conservative properties. So great that it's has no expiration date. I believe you can keep it for a months in the fridge.
