Corrections: Mcpig didn’t say Peppino wasn’t a veteran when he was drunk later he confirmed that with noise update that he is where you can unlock swap mode Sugary spire is not a demo it’s a fan game my bad The secret treasure in pig city is not a rice ball it’s a jelly donut Also sorry if my voice was a bit too loud I tired to fix it but it didnt work out much.
22:56 This goes to that mcpig made escape songs only to be used in a specific level escape theme, being small fruit 5pm, toxic rave and 2 more being the songs you would hear instead of *it's pizza time*
22:56 so basically what they meant for "level escape themes" is that for every level to have a uneak escape theme (like pizzascape, peppibot factory, oh shit, that unused "pizza heaven" level)
As a Pizza Tower addict who worked on over 15 Pizza Tower related projects, i'll be keeping track of how many entires i don't know about, will edit this comment. Also in 57:39 this is probably meant to be the GMS2 (pizza tower's game engine) note system, where you can write messages to yourself anywhere in the code, while it does nothing to the game, it helps you keep track of what does what, and it's a standard technique used by many developers, while i am not sure if Sertif or McPig themselves used it as i didn't look into the code. It's more of a standard game development thing and i'm surprised why something like this would be on the Iceberg. And the "Every Patreon build is personalized" entry is just a community joke referencing the "Every copy is personalized trend" that started from SM64. and i'm pretty sure sfx_scream files refers to the unused enemy death screams. As sound files for peppino would probably have longer names making them more precise rather than just "sfx_scream". EDIT: And surprisingly my score was 76/76, looking forward to part 2 that goes on the yet deeper side of things. And also you forgot to mention the "old pause menu" entry, though i do know what that one is. so it still got counted in my score.
I love how the alarms in Stardust Speedway and Pumpin Hot Stuff are both for rival fights Metal Sonic is Sonic's robotic doppelganger and The Noise just wants to fuck around and piss off Peppino
0:48 inanimate insanity reference? edit: 19:54 If I remember correctly, you can still find some traces of playable Pepperman and Vigilante in the game's files! I forgot if it was for the final version or a demo sorry :p also cool iceberg video! glad to learn new things about pizza tower, though I do reccommend going into more depth/detail for proof and research on some of the topics you covered! it was still a fun watch though
For playable vigilante there was planned vigilante sprites. Matter a fact vigilante was almost gonna be a game close to the release of pizza tower but was announced to be scrapped on tour de pizza's twitter a doodle of his funeral
somehow I went here to learn more and ended up being notified how I love the game so much I know every little detail and demo stuff. Anyways I love Pizza Tower and are wishing for a sequel.
17:49 Again mc pig sayed peppino wasn't when he was drunk, later he confirmed with the noise update *THAT* peppino *IS* a world war veteran (in the room where you unlock swap mode)
Correction: the soundtrack samples refers to the amount of sample packs that were used in the game Such as Norman Cook: Skip To My Loops Zero G datafile SampleSwap AMG Coldcut kleptomania and others There's also soundfonts like wario land 4 the SGM soundfont AKA the Undertale soundfont Battletoads
It's an ok iceberg but you used the fandom wiki for research instead of the better miraheze one, and the iceberg and the research on entries leaves a bit to be desired... 6/10 Just because it's below average doesn't mean it's awful or anything though, just trying to be constructive
this is very good, but can you maybe get away from your mic a bit? your voice is kinda loud in the vid Also the entry "Phil" at 50:30 isn't talking abt Pepperman at all. It's referring to a scrapped enemy called Phil who is a pizza in a pizza box car. In-game you would be able to kill him and get the pizza box car as a transformation. And at 1:00:50 the jumpscares were scrapped due to them making the game lag.
49:40 the character that would appear is the not well know *"PIZZAMANCER"* being the creator in PT lore of the pizza tower (also cheese dragon is his dog) but he died years ago, he also was gonna be in the *old* lore but idk with that
The soundtrack samples mean the voice lines in the songs that were taken from a sound library, or other songs and put them into their songs. Examples include the voices is Distasteful Anchovy, and Worldwide Noise.
I only learned on my own a couple weeks ago that you don't need all the toppins for a P-rank. The fact that I didn't know sooner makes me disappointed in myself.
43:53 If you put "Showcollisions true" you can see that metal blocks use the old face mc pig used in rework (also being the block that hides some secrets like the third one in john gutter)
Golf demo was a joke build that was for april fools, the main mechanic for it wad the grease ball, but the controls were horrendous which was the point of the joke. you can play as the noise if you press F2 on your keyboard, albeit he cannot transition to mach 3 and his old slam sprite is slam dunking an enemy, as you already know Golf became a level in the game with a more better grease ball mechanic.
@peterbrenner2704 im 15😭 anyways samples are when you take a sound from a piece of media such as other music or a show or a sound from a game and so on and use them in a song. for example mf doom uses a lot of samples
Corrections:

Gotta love a good Brock reference
Also the "combo dance" is reference to some other dance (idk what one rn)
Dios, como amo pizza tower. No irónicamente es el mejor juego que he jugado en mi vida
1:04:30 The "Pizza Mayhem motif" can still be found in I Need a Noise and an unused outro for Okay Campers, Rise and Shine

The "level escape themes" entry refers to the scrapped idea of every level having it's own escape theme.
For playable vigilante there was planned vigilante sprites. Matter a fact vigilante was almost gonna be a game close to the release of pizza tower but was announced to be scrapped on tour de pizza's twitter a doodle of his funeral

In the level escape themes the autor meant that in the early years every level had a special escape theme

Common misconception, the jumpscares weren't removed because of lag, but because of art style inconsistency
oh hi saucequest
@Funkin_GDJ3ll0ah never heard of it, thx 4 telling me
@@saucequest31 no problem!
@Funkin_GDJ3ll0well that’s weird

That feeling whenever everything on the final layer is surface level knowledge
Yup
36:03 Its not a rice ball its a jelly donut!
47:10 Sugary Spire is a fan game not a demo for pizza tower.
I get the reference!
"Nothing beats a jelly filled donut!"

I only learned on my own a couple weeks ago that you don't need all the toppins for a P-rank. The fact that I didn't know sooner makes me disappointed in myself.
Sugary Spire is a un-official demo AU of pizza tower (being 2 demos and another 2 leaked, also a very old version that used "construct engine")
25:33 The Noise does not tolerate failure

Sugary Spire in Pizza Tower AU Fan game
mr. orange also had eyebrows at one point to distinguish him from his Mexican brother even more also 1:02:06 superbooglet cameo
This is so underrated
The hidden metal block faces I think are supposed to be scrapped metal block replacements in the September 2021 build
Great vid, i just think you could've lowered the bg song volume
Good first video, the editing is nice but the mic is a bit crappy!
Other than that i was expecting more unknown facts about the game :((
It’s pizza hour!
sugary spire is a fangame LOL
11:17 no way you dont know what samples are
I’m only 16 bro I don’t know how everything works man
