Where do you buy the stuff that creates the cells?

You didn’t say where you live but you can use pearl-ex or if you really can’t get art supplies you can use eyeshadow. Usually very cheap.
@@annemarieridderhof thank you! I'm in Ireland. I can order from abroad but it gets expensive. I can get generic mica pigments fairly cheaply. Just wondering if that's what your pigments are?
